That’s a good question, I don’t know if it’s the way the leather or treated or if it’s the way the leather is and would occur regardless of the treatment. As long as they repair it for free I’m happy :)

They should just give new bag from LV instead of fixing it. They’re quality is way way bad to be honest I have had experience this kind of defective item in my Louis Vuitton speedy bandolier and LV on the go. I’m from Newyork I just literally went to they’re flagship store and replaced the bag remember this is luxury item and shouldn’t this happen to they’re handbags. Btw I’m glad they fix your bag and your happy with they’re service.
