Changing an iPhone 5 Screen - with Outtakes!

This is a video on how to replace a broken screen on an iPhone 5. I didn't use a series of photos or over-dubs, this is just a live roll of me doing the operation... with outtakes (at the end)
Well, to tell the truth I did speed up a couple segments where I was either turning a screwdriver or waiting for the phone to boot... but those parts were boring anyway.
I you have an iPhone 5s (with the thumbprint sensor) then you'll encounter an extra tricky little connector they added down by the home button....

...Otherwise it's exactly the same steps. In this video I also have to salvage the home button and camera off the the old screen because the new one came without those parts attached.
You can also just replace the glass lens, but that involves a heat gun, optical glue, and a UV light.
