can't you go for vertical farming for few plants in your garden ?

Super! You should install a small biogas plant also. It will provide you enough gas for cooking, slurry compost for the plants. Kitchen waste and the old leaves from the plants and animal waste will be enough. Also find some space for growing fish also. Carrot, potato , etc can be grown as tower system. Use more of vertical space. Just a suggestion. I love all you have done
