(implementing cuts) I don't have a preference either way on vouchers at this time. I see why parents want to ensure that their tax dollars are effectively used. I wonder what the best method is to encourage the parents and students to actively learn and support their public schools.

What I hear is that teachers are burned out by the school district administration but also hear about the stress from hostile parents.
