I heard recently that due to increased usage of ssd in computer product, it was discovered ssd gets higher temp due to how advanced ssd now and heavily used. They did not receive much cooling due to how they are placed and it could be a major problem in the future.

He went for liquid cooler for server 24/7. Is it reliable for 24/7?. For low end graphics card i still think old low RADEON x5xx still supported, but not 710gt (win 10 example) for d3d opengl workstation, eventhough he goes Linux or Windows server or else. I believe this for server, otherwise he will install quadro rtx a6000 or quadro rtx 8000 for heavy workstation, double if money is not object
