    Hi Julie, thank you for the video. A question I have is: can you upload a variety of designs in teh 42 sample print that are not part of a collection? for example 20 are one collection and the rest are variety. If you are able to do that (or not), the next question is: once approved to publish, do you get the opportunity to rearrange the designs in different collections, etc?

    • @JulieErinDesigns
      @JulieErinDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes to both! The collection doesn't have to be a real collection it's more so to get the cheater quilt. After that you can move them or add them to another collection absolutely

      I believe your pattern swatch has to be a square otherwise it doesn't repeat properly. But you can create your original pattern swatch at that size in whatever app you use to create your art and then upload it and it should be at that size.

    Hi Julie, thank you for the instructions, they are really helpful. Could you please show how to upload a design specifically for a wall hanging? I have troubles with it: in the design challenge they say it's 18''x27'' but if you look at the actual size of a prosuct it's 16''x24''. Okay, these 2 and 3 inches are taken for sewing, so I make my image 18x27 right in the programme. But when I upload it and fit the size, the type of textile and go to look at the wall hanging, it shows both: 1) a not centered image and 2) sometimes vertical and sometimes horizontal. I've seen that other designers upload their designs horizontally specifically for the wall hangning, so I tried this too but it didn't work. I'm not sure it's a common problem but in case you have some requests like that, I would be happy to learn some tips.

We spend time and energy hoping that someone would buy from us. Even spoonflower can take commissions from us. Like this, It will actual lead to loss. There would be no profit from it… Some can’t even spend even few dollars on just sample. :(
