Suisei is a virtual TH-camr, vtuber, using animated model to stream games, sing etc... This song comes from her first album Still Still Stellar. She's part of the virtual TH-cam idol agency Hololive. There's over 70 members of Hololive itself. Of course there's other agencies and independent vtubers, but Hololive is the most popular one.
After watching Suisei over the last couple of years, it's so great to see her reach this milestone and perform to a much wider audience. Her fans know all too well what an incredible singer she is, and she absolutely showed it here. She's overcome so much: getting rejected multiple times, being constrained by a smaller company, unable to release the music she wanted, having to get throat surgery... And look where she is now. She always introduces herself as a "diamond in the rough" in her streams. I think she's a diamond, nothing less.
i never heard of suisei but when i saw a vtuber singing on the first take and listened to the song today i immediately had to listen to her other songs and 2 hours later i am a suisei fan now.
Suisei is a Vtuber from Hololive. A Vtuber is like a streamer but they use an animated character to represent themselves and hide their true identity. This song is pretty much about her own story before she becomes famous. She fought so hard for her singing dream for years but still not many people appreciated her songs and talent. Instead of complaining and crying like a girl, she chooses to be strong and persist. At the end Hololive gave her the perfect platform to shine. Now she is one of the most famous V-singers on the internet. "I'd always longed to be not Cinderella, forever waiting. But the prince that came for her. Cause I'm a star" Not only her talent, but her confidence and determination are incredible and worth admiring as well!
There is a video called The Story of Hoshimachi Suisei you may be interested in watching. It's a little older now, and isn't completely up to date, but it will give you a great backstory of where Sui-chan has come from, and how she keeps going. For a short version, Suisei wanted to be a singer/idol. It wasn't working out in the real world, so she decided to try being a virtual idol/Vtuber. She drew and animated her own first original model, and Debuted as an independent talent. She joined one company, but it didn't work out, and she left. She later applied to Hololive, but they wanted her to redebut as a different character. She refused. She eventually went back to Hololive, desperate for help, but refusing to give up on who she is. They relented, and allowed her to join their music unit as herself, Hoshimachi Suisei. Even after that there were hard times and struggles, but now she's just about to release her 2nd album, and has had live concerts held in Japan. She truly is a shooting star. (her name essentially translates to Comet)
It´s amazing to see someone who didn´t know her before to just feel the emotions that lies in this perfomance. The feeling to cry is something i encounterd when i watched it live too, but i know her for a very long time and experienced her story while it happend. It just shows how much her voice and perfomance transcends the 2D World. I really enjoyed your reaction and hope to see more with Suisei. :D
Her main YT channel: th-cam.com/channels/5CwaMl1eIgY8h02uZw7u8A.html Original Stellar Stellar: th-cam.com/video/a51VH9BYzZA/w-d-xo.html She's a Virtual TH-camr (Vtuber) from Hololive productions. The FIRST vtuber ever on The First Take. She just made history right here. I suggest checking out her other songs on the channel and as well as her duo unit with Taku Inoue, Midnight Grand Orchestra. She currently has 2 solo albums. The first is Still Still Stellar released in 2021. Also, did you know Suisei's 2nd Sololive [Shout in Crisis] will be held in Tokyo Garden Theater on January 28th 2023, and Hoshimachi Suisei's 2nd album [Specter] will be released nationwide on January 25th 2023? As a vtuber, she not only makes music and performs in concerts but she also does other stuff a regular streamer would do like stream games and chat.
@@princeblworldHi! Contacting you on behalf of TBS Television in Japan. We are preparing a segment on the popularity of Hochimachi Suisei overseas for the November 23 edition of our weekly news program “Jouhou 7 Days Newscaster” and we wanted to know if we could use part of this clip 🙇 Thank you 🙏 Kind regards from Tokyo, the TBS Television team.
I think this will be your first step into the rabbit hole that is VTubers by the sound of it. Suisei is part of Hololive, which has 54 talents under it's wing including Suisei (75 if you count their male branch Holostars) if I'm not mistaken. A lot of them have their own songs as well as covers up on their channels.
@@princeblworld You should check them out, really. Suisei is amazing as you heard, but if it was only her ! Notably I can cite Tokoyami Towa, incredibly powerful voice than can sing both emotional and hard rock. Tsunomaki Watame, who belts songs like no other. Azki, the definition of emotional singer. Amane Kanata, nicknamed "perfect pitch" because her vocal range is insane. Aki Rosenthal, who did a song entirely on a language she invented herself (Shallys). And that's just a small part of Hololive. Most of their talents are at least decent singer, and some of them truly stand out in the best way. So many bangers I added to my daily playlist. I'm so happy The First Take is giving them more exposure really, they all deserves it.
@@princeblworld vtubers are, in the most basic way to explain them, is a youtuber/streamer who uses an animated avatar instead of just normal streaming.
Thank you for appreciating the performance of SUISEI HOSHIMACHI. I am a fan of SUISEI HOSHIMACHI called HOSHIYOMI. I am very happy that people around the world got to know her through The First Take. I hope you will continue to support her.
Welcome! Suisei is one of the bigger names in music for the vtuber agency Hololive, but they have a ton of talented individuals that have done albums worth of music. I definitely recommend watching the MV version on Suisei's channel as well. If you want to try someone else from Hololive you could also look at Watame's MV for "My Song" - fully animated and hard hitting, personal song just like Stellar Stellar is for Suisei. All the girls are really hard working and have some crazy drive and creativity.
Its the same for me when she hits the note at the start my eyes literally well up the lyrics is so real for her am sure lots of ppl probably said this but check out her story she really struggled alot in yhe begging of her career as a Vtuber but she hang in there and it all worked out for her.
Beside Stellar Stellar, she did other good songs as well, e.g. GHOST, 天球、彗星は夜を跨いで etc They are all original songs, representing different stage of Hoshimachi Suisei, if u listen to her original songs from old to new, u will see how was her past and the development of being a star.
I was hoping to find a reaction video that this would be their first exposure to a vtuber song, so far you are the first one I've seen. Other comments here mention who she is etc but yeah she is one of the pillars of hololives top singers and she works hard.
@@princeblworld Suisei left a comment on the first take video that was pinned as an easy way to find her channel. She is not the first or the last virtual TH-camr to reach fame but she is a real person and doesn't put on an act so to speak, just hides her face. The world of vtubers is vast enough that a certain phrase has become common "welcome to the rabbit hole" I think it was mentioned in another comment but she has a solo concert coming up but later down the line in March is what's known as holofes a concert that encompasses all of Hololive, tickets are probably sold out for the in person aspect in Japan already but you can still buy a ticket to the live stream. That big concert will have nearly all members and will be quite long but Suisei will be there. In the mean time I'd recommend looking into her and others original songs and covers as well as singing streams. As for other singers in the group that are known for their singing above others there is; Tokino Sora, AZKI, Hoshou Marine, Tokoyami Towa, Tsunomaki Watame, Shishiro Botan, Takane Lui, Mori Calliope, IRyS, Hakos Baelz. I tried to narrow down as much as I could with that list still. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed Suisei!
As other comments say, Suisei is a VTuber, not an anime character. So she is supposed to be no one other than Suisei Hoshimachi. Right after the video was released, Suisei was talking that she was really nervous because she would might discredit all VTubers if her performance didn't come out good. I think your reaction is splendid enough to make her happy for sure.
I think a lot of people unfamiliar with VTubers will want to know who is "behind" suisei's singing, because maybe they're used to cartoons or anime and recognizing "oh so-and-so voiced this character" from the cast list, actors they might recognize. That's sort of the wrong approach to take with Vtubers, it's more like Daft Punk or any artist with a stage name and a mask. The mask is just digital. There's no one behind the talent you might recognize, the talent is the talent. Suisei is singing! There's no big secret
fun fact: Sui thought that The first Take kind of was a meme. they wouldnt risk an artist embarrassing themselves right? So she just learned that its actually just on take when she was there.
@@ousmaailayoub5727 nobodyknows+ made a mistake but i doubt most people caught it. First Take themselves in their intro video showed someone bumping into the mic filter and knocking it over.
Even Suisei made 1 mistake that stood out to me, right at the beginning of the first verse, when she sang "kitto…". The note was a bit too high. Some parts where she normally holds the note, she cut some short and I dunno if that's a style choice or if she experienced that nervous short-breathedness and have to drop the note early, which I've experienced too. But other than those, her performance is flawless.
You found the brightest comet (suisei means comet in Japanese), after you come into the rabbit hole. You will see this just the beginning of meteor shower.
I've been going around seeing others who haven't known about vtubers and the reactions have been wonderful to see. Seeing Sui-chan finally hit the mainstream after so long is fulfilling to see.
I really enjoyed your reaction. It’s very genuine & we can really see that you’re enjoying the moment. Thank you!. Suisei has a lot of songs you can listen to & I’m sure you’ll like them all.
Beautiful reaction. Vtuber avatars allow performers to perform the way they want, while still maintaining their anonymity, so they can live normal lives when they're not performing and never need to worry about paparazzi or stalkers. It's a useful technology, and Suisei is really attached to her self-made character and avatar.
If you want more Suisei you should check out her channel (should be easy enough to find by her name), she’s already released an album and is just about to drop the second one this month including a live performance on the 28th. One good example of how crazy her voice is outside of her releases is her cover of the song King, which was kind of a staple among vtubers at the time. Her version is set in a lower key to make for a better finale, really cool. She’s also formed a group with the guy who’s on the guitar in this performance, who happens to be the producer of Stellar Stellar as well. They’ve also released a smaller album under the name Midnight Grand Orchestra together, and he’s previously made 3:12 (Sanji Junihun) together with Suisei
@@princeblworld From what people have been saying under other reactions to her at least the stuff that’s on her own channel is fine, Hololive seems to be very relaxed about that kind of stuff. You might also like some of the other members’ stuff, it’s kind of a requirement to have some musical inclinations to get into Hololive, and a lot of members have released their own songs by now. My favorite after Suisei is probably Tokoyami Towa (Towa ch.), they’ve even done a duet of one of Suisei’s songs at a live event last year which is sadly not on YT because those big live events are ticket only so they do strike uploads of those down. An interesting thing that another channel has done before is lining up all the “King” covers that Hololive members have done (about a dozen?) to get a taste of everyone’s voices performing slightly different versions of the same song. Suisei’s was one of the stand-outs there too btw
Thank you guys. I've just subscribe to her TH-cam channel. I hope it's completely OK to make a reaction video to her videos. I mean, as we know, Japanese recording companies are very strict about copyright issues.
I first heard Can We Talk by Code Red back in 1997, and I fell in love with it at first listen. I didn't know it was a remake. The original version was sung by Tevin Campbell. I love this song so much.
I love how my yt recommended is now flooded with reacts to Suise’s First Take. So glad that our comet is getting more recognition. Honestly, to someone who wouldn’t know about vtubers but is familiar with Japan’s anime industry, she’s comparable to the likes of Ado and LiSa with how beautiful their voices are, and how strong of a singing skill they possess. So glad that many are going to fall into the vtuber rabbit hole now lol
also, if you ever do fall down the rabbit hole, you’ll find yourself crying to more vtubers singing and original songs. just Hololive alone, everyone of them is a great performer and many of them are so skilled at singing, and what’s great is that aside from the cutesy anime avatar, you won’t take them at face value before hearing them perform.
I'm happy that Hololive talent has arrived to show what they can do in such a big channel like FIRST TAKE. Suisei's story is really inspiring and her music definitely deservers global recognition. I recommend GHOST and Template. From hololive, my favorite talent is Watame. Who is also a seriously talented music artist like Suisei. I recommend My Song or Everlasting Soul from Watame.
Just in case it hasn’t been mentioned, the arrangement is a bit different than the original one on the album. Because it was on The First Take, they went with a more acoustic version. And she was there recording this in person, just wearing a mocap suit. A lot of people thought she wasn’t there in person, but she was.
"Why does she need to hide behind a virtual character?" Anyway, this song which Suisei wrote lyrics says "The most important things seem to be invisible to the eye." Also, another song says "This is my pure heart, that is all" Supplement: Hoshi-machi means "City of stars" , Suisei means "Comet"
Thank you for your reaction! I'm glad to see that those who didn't know about Suisei got a nice first impression of her beautiful song. There are so many great songs by Suisei (and, not only the Japanese members, but also the English members) that you could enjoy, I think! Welcome to Hololive! 🎉 From a Japanese VTuver fan. (Sorry for my broken English)
Welcome to the rabbit hole and yes she is amazing and I highly recommend you to check out her music and other artist within hololive they have many talents with great vocals and emotional songs.
@@princeblworld A lot of reasons really, apart from the obvious privacy reasons and the like, there’s a somewhat of a saying that a person behind a mask can be the truest version of themselves. The concept of Vtubers, at least originally, stemmed from such an idea. Of course, they *are* Vtubers that show their real identity, or at least parts of it, but most will not for the reasons above. And almost none will ever use their real full name.
@@Arkar-pl9ku While I think Suisei views the avatar as more of a stage persona, there is an interesting interview Ironmouse gave during on HealthyGamerGG's channel ("Are Vtubers Authentic? | Interview with Ironmouse!"), where she talks about how being a vtuber lets her be herself, letting her drop the masks she normally shows to the people around her.
@@princeblworld As a small bit of known history about her, before adopting this virtual image she auditioned for several Idol companies, but was rejected as being "a jack of all trades, master of none". Whether that was a nice way to say they simply disliked her appearance or her vocal or dancing talent at the time, who's to say, but that's what led her to becoming a virtual idol instead. There's many reason why you would do so, but regardless the reason, the elimination of your real image puts more focus on the art itself. I find It's sort of the same philosophy as the Gorillaz or daft punk and other such musicians who hide behind a stage name and a mask. In the end that music of hers is what eventually got her to this point, and fans would claim her story of being rejected as a real life cinderella story, to which this song is a sort of response to. As the chorus goes, she's no cinderella who just waited for a miracle, but the prince who put in the effort and saved herself.
Welcome to the Vtuber rabbit hole, my friend! You have just stepped into a whole new world full of amazingly talented artists from around the world and it really is an endless extravaganza of amazing music and incredibly talented artists. As others have mentioned, Hoshimachi Suisei is a member of the Japanese Vtuber talent agency called "Hololive Productions". This group consists of over 70 members from their female branch (Hololive) and male branch (Holostars). A Vtuber, as you've seen, is a virtual avatar being controlled and voiced by a real person. In most of their streams and videos, they use a two-dimensional avatar that has been illustrated and animation rigged to move based on facial tracking and audio sensors. What you're seeing here, however, is the next level of that in which the person behind the character is actually using full-body motion capture along with the facial tracking to bring to life an animated 3D model in real time. These 3D character models have been used to put on full live concerts in front of live audiences using augmented reality to bring the characters to life on a real stage. Hololive does regular 3D live concerts streamed on TH-cam, as well as paid concerts and anime convention appearances. Alongside Hololive, there are other groups like Nijisanji and VShojo that also work specifically with Vtuber talents. As to who the person behind the character is, the simplest way to put it is Suisei is Suisei. While yes, there is a person with a different name behind the character, what you see here and in her live streams on TH-cam is genuinely her. All of the Hololive artists put a lot of themselves into their characters, so you really can just say that this is "Suisei" and leave it at that because at the end of the day, they are one and the same. You can sort of treat it as a stage name like you would Hollywood actors. In most cases, you don't really care what their original name was. They're still the same person making the content you've come to enjoy, regardless of the name they go by (if that all makes sense). Suisei herself has had quite the journey that led to her appearing on The First Take. She started as an independent Vtuber trying to make a name for herself online after being rejected from other more traditional Japanese idol talent agencies. She designed, illustrated, and animation rigged her original model (which the one you see in the video is based from) completely herself. She was scouted by a group known as Inonaka (INNK) music, a branch of Hololive Productions that specialized in live music events. Unfortunately, as part of INNK Music she was struggling to be able to put out as much music as she really wanted to and, as a result, considered quitting altogether many times. Eventually, Hololive Productions decided to move her from INNK Music into the main Hololive branch with their other talents, and this is where Suisei really began to see success. She started making a lot more music, to the point of releasing her first full album, Still Still Stellar, in 2021 and even putting on her first live concert full of her own original music from said album. Next week, she'll be releasing her second album, Specter, and will be doing another live concert in Japan for a live audience for the album. In a lot of places on the internet, Vtubers have kind of been seen as sort of a fad and fake because they don't show themselves on camera, instead choosing to present themselves through their chosen avatars instead. Suisei getting the opportunity to appear on The First Take is a historic event for Vtubers because it helps show that it is a legitimate means of presenting entertainment media to an audience and that there is immense talent within the Vtuber community at large. Many, many Vtubers out there working today have said in the last 24 hours how proud of Suisei they are and how proud they, themselves, are to be a Vtuber today with this accomplishment. I highly, highly recommend checking out more music from the Hololive and other Vtuber communities. There are so, so many amazingly talented and underrated artists in this community that deserve so much praise and respect for how hard they work to put out great music.
her yt channel youtube.com/@HoshimachiSuisei She's done a couple virtual concerts and released a few EPs her most recent album released a day ago and she has a solo 3d concert next week with the Full Hololive concert in February. I believe Stellar Stellar is the first of the songs that Inoue Taku worked with her for. You're right, this is not the original arrangement of Stellar Stellar. The original has so many places where she could lose track of the timing so they went with something easier for First Take. Also, she said she was more nervous for her performance in the Mario Kart Hololive Towa Cup than the recording for FIRST TAKE, lol.
If you want to watch more, she has 4 performances in this concert and video (though pre-recorded): th-cam.com/video/n-fzN8-i3Qc/w-d-xo.html It might be a good idea to do another react video, I would probably enjoy the reaction. Here are timestamps: 41:08-Cinema (by Suisei feat. Izuru/Leda from Holostarts) 53:23 - Odo (by Suisei/Towa/Watame) 1:05:56 - Suisei (Aqua Costume) 1:06:40 - MiComet (Miko and Suisei)
There is an absolute treasure trove of songs with heavy-hitting vocals from Hololive. If you're looking for recommendations, let me know. I will recommend the TH-cam Music Weekend version of Ayunda Risu's ALiCE & U, Gawr Gura's Reflect, and one of Suisei's other songs, Ghost. And, of course, the original version of Stellar Stellar, which isn't acoustic.
Hoshimachi Suisei is a Virtual TH-camr, Vtuber for short. Vtubers are youtubers that use avatars to stream and their movements are motion captured. Their IRL identities are basically a secret. Her TH-cam Channel is Suisei Ch. She has many original songs and covers in her channel. You should listen to the original version of Stellar Stellar. FYI, the guitarist was the composer of this song, Taku Inoue. Hoshimachi Suisei and Taku Inoue formed a music unit called Midnight Grand Orchestra.
if you enjoy vsingers like suisei, i have a few i would like to recommend: Resonance by VWP Rise (2022 version) by Vesperbell Slowly by Asu Goro Goro Grow Grow by Kanade Mimi Shiden Issen (紫電一閃) by Asano Ruri
i want to note something about the recommended set: Kaf from VWP is really big/popular. if you know japan and music, you should know the dream stage for any musician/artist is the budoukan. Kaf got to the budoukan stage for her 3rd one man live. earlier last year, for the vtuber fest (part of the nicovideo choukaigi event) suisei and kaf performed a song together. there should be an eng sub clip where suisei recounts that. suisei also had kaf on her radio show last week where they talked a bit and exchanged contacts. there is an eng sub clip of that radio segment asano ruri is also good friends with suisei and also with winning son roberu
@@princeblworld on the list i gave the one i have most confidence to say is ok is Kanade Mimi. i know there are reactors who have posted for VWP and Asu before. they belong to sister companies. i believe i have seen reaction videos/streams for ruri and vesperbell as well.
As others have pointed out, Suisei is what's known as a vtuber (virtual youtuber), a streamer who uses an animated avatar instead of a traditional facecam. Since you asked it a number of times throughout the video, I just wanted to clarify that generally, vtubers do not reveal their IRL faces or identities for a number of reasons. Sometimes it might be to protect the individual from harassment/stalking, sometimes it might be to separate their public streaming life from their private life, and sometimes it's just to maintain the fiction of the character that they play. Therefore, "who is the voice behind this character" is often an intentional mystery. Very few vtubers have official face reveals, and a handful of others are "poorly kept secrets" (e.g. someone who used to show their face before adopting a vtuber persona), but in general it's considered poor etiquette in the community to openly discuss the performers' IRL identity in the same way you shouldn't go to a Muppets show and start talking about the guy with his hand up Kermit's butt.

(her name essentially translates to Comet)
i 💙Suisei-san. the little Hoshi (stars) in the highlights of her eyes says it all. she's so stellar stellar.
💙💙💙💙💙💙☄☄☄☄
Thank you very much. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Oh wow! I am glad someone can relate. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Her main YT channel: th-cam.com/channels/5CwaMl1eIgY8h02uZw7u8A.html
Original Stellar Stellar: th-cam.com/video/a51VH9BYzZA/w-d-xo.html
She's a Virtual TH-camr (Vtuber) from Hololive productions.
Oh thank you very much sweetie.
@@princeblworldHi! Contacting you on behalf of TBS Television in Japan. We are preparing a segment on the popularity of Hochimachi Suisei overseas for the November 23 edition of our weekly news program “Jouhou 7 Days Newscaster”
and we wanted to know if we could use part of this clip 🙇 Thank you 🙏 Kind regards from Tokyo,
the TBS Television team.
@zawazproductionz Hello. Yes, definitely. You can use this video. ♡ ♥💕❤
@@princeblworld suddenly got the reply notif, if the tv segment is true, congrats on potentially being shown on tv haha
@ Thank you very much!🙏🙏🙏
I think this will be your first step into the rabbit hole that is VTubers by the sound of it.
Suisei is part of Hololive, which has 54 talents under it's wing including Suisei (75 if you count their male branch Holostars) if I'm not mistaken.
A lot of them have their own songs as well as covers up on their channels.
I've never heard of VTubers, and I'm glad Hoshimachi Suisei has been given the chance to sing on The First Take.
I am so willing to do so. However, most of her videos are copyrighted. I'm not sure whether it's OK to make a reaction video to her videos.
The shouting lol Template next? lol
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
you made it a point to say "this person behind the vtuber"... imma help you out, this performance IS hoshimachi suisei. every bit of it.
I know what you mean, but what I meant was more than just the artist's name.
GHOST, 天球、彗星は夜を跨いで etc
They are all original songs, representing different stage of Hoshimachi Suisei, if u listen to her original songs from old to new, u will see how was her past and the development of being a star.
Thanks you for the information.
I was hoping to find a reaction video that this would be their first exposure to a vtuber song, so far you are the first one I've seen. Other comments here mention who she is etc but yeah she is one of the pillars of hololives top singers and she works hard.
This is my first time to have watched a VTuber (I've just learned this word.) perform, and I'm glad it's on The First Take.
@@Chooie6 I'm not sure about Botan and Baelz, but I sure would add Moona Hoshinova and Rikka (Holostars).
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
She has a voice that just pierces straight to the heart.
Undoubtedly! ❤
❤❤❤❤
fun fact: Sui thought that The first Take kind of was a meme. they wouldnt risk an artist embarrassing themselves right? So she just learned that its actually just on take when she was there.
Thanks for sharing this.
Yeah I did see some artists make mistakes in this First Take videos
@@ousmaailayoub5727
nobodyknows+ made a mistake but i doubt most people caught it.
The beginning of a Ryuseigun from MIDNIGHT GRAND ORCHESTRA.
❤❤❤
I've been going around seeing others who haven't known about vtubers and the reactions have been wonderful to see. Seeing Sui-chan finally hit the mainstream after so long is fulfilling to see.

I really enjoyed your reaction. It’s very genuine & we can really see that you’re enjoying the moment. Thank you!. Suisei has a lot of songs you can listen to & I’m sure you’ll like them all.
I wonder what it feels like to hear Suisei sing a sad song. It must be amazing. ❤
Watching your reaction reminds me of the first time i heard sui-chan's singing 3 yrs ago. She came a long way, so proud of her
Oh wow! I'm like a mirror to you. I'm touched. ❤
Thanks for the info!💗💛💚💙
Thanks for the reaction.
With thanks from Japan.

Thank you. I'd love to make more reaction videos to her videos, but I am not sure whether it's OK. I am worried about copyright issues.❤
That doesn't come off as anything surprising. I personally think Suisei's voice can stand out among the rest. Her vocal range is freaking amazing.

This woman is amazing. ❤❤❤
I'd love to, but I'm worried about copyright issues. ❤ Thank you.
Just in case it hasn’t been mentioned, the arrangement is a bit different than the original one on the album. Because it was on The First Take, they went with a more acoustic version. And she was there recording this in person, just wearing a mocap suit. A lot of people thought she wasn’t there in person, but she was.

Anyway, this song which Suisei wrote lyrics says
"The most important things seem to be invisible to the eye."

"Whose voice?" you ask. The answer is simple; it's Hoshimachi Suisei. It's her stage name.
Yes. I mean this lady is amazing. Why does she need to hide behind a virtual character? Her vocal range is great.
@@princeblworld
A lot of reasons really, apart from the obvious privacy reasons and the like, there’s a somewhat of a saying that a person behind a mask can be the truest version of themselves.
@@princeblworld cause of contract with company. (NDA)
that's why she can't show herself
This is such a completely different to me, and I find it pretty intriguing. Thank you.

She's done a couple virtual concerts and released a few EPs her most recent album released a day ago and she has a solo 3d concert next week with the Full Hololive concert in February. I believe Stellar Stellar is the first of the songs that Inoue Taku worked with her for. You're right, this is not the original arrangement of Stellar Stellar. The original has so many places where she could lose track of the timing so they went with something easier for First Take.
Also, she said she was more nervous for her performance in the Mario Kart Hololive Towa Cup than the recording for FIRST TAKE, lol.
sorry Hololive concert is in March not February

Oh I see. Thank you for this information. I personally think this amazing woman deserves to be seen by the entire world. ❤

Hololive is a Japanese Idol Vtubers agency, mainly a group of idols divided into 6 generations and 3 branches, the main JP, Indonesian ID, English EN, all are a great group of singers, some with more or less singing skills, but all with a lot of talent in what they do, some are illustrators, comedians, gamers etc, Holostars is the male branch of Hololive with great singers as well. Not all Vtubers agencies, independent Vtubers are Idols but Hololive focuses on that, that's why its name "Hololive Idol Project", no doubt Hololive is the most popular Idol/Vtuber agency out there, with the Idol/Vtuber with more subscribers in the world Gawr Gura who is also a great singer.

Have you seen other reaction videos to her videos? I mean I am not sure whether it's OK to make reaction videos to her videos.

She's songs list.
She is acting as a talent in this form, and it is a little different from acting😄
Thank you very much. ❤

Many probably already sell you on Suisei herself or Hololive but if you're fresh to this vtuber scene I think I can say there are many gems known in the bubble. It's a rabbithole of its own which I'd welcome you if you'd like to enter.
I must agree. There are so many other great VTubers out there just like Suisei.
Oh didn't know you're a fellow filipino. If you ever delve deeper into the vtuber rabbit hole, i figured you should know that there are also vtubers from our country, you should check em out.
Were you able to figure it out when I typed out "Greetings from the Philippines" in the chatbox? Thank you, kababayan. ♡ ♥💕
It’s tweak toward a more acoustic version
I see. Now it makes me wonder what the original version of the song sounds like.
Salamat sa reaction, ive been a Hololive fan ever since 2020, Her name is pronounced SWI-SEY in tagalog language, one of her iconic song is Ghost, check her out she has more to offer, and maybe watch some of her funny clips, gaming clips, dancing, karaoke, your call. Great reaction! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
💚💛💙💗
Please save yourself, the gravity of the vtuber rabbit hole is strong AS FUCC
💗💛💚
Is this the birth of a Hoshiyomi? As to the question, she is a regular youtube streamer who uses the virtual avatar for anonymity. Her channel has a growing portfolio of original songs and covers.
Her channel is @hoshimachisuisei.
Thank you very much. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
now its time for more vtuber reaction 😜🥰
I hope it's OK to use their videos for a reaction video. I'm worried about the copyright issues.
Simple and quick way to vtuber... what is Vtuber? It is just like Lucha Libre/pro wrestler/WWE realms... but instead hiding behind masks and personas, vtuber hides behind anime avatars... with their own lores...
Thank you for your reaction, and welcome, to the rabbit hole...
Thank you for the explanation. ❤❤❤❤
The name "Hoshimachi Suisei" means "Star" and "Meteor/Stellar".

I'd really love to see your reaction to another animated music video, which is actually an awareness message for kids in Ukraine.
