This lesson is incredible. I’m a long time rock/jazz guitarist and new to piano so this gets me right into it specifically the fingering and left hand chord shapes.

I started with jazzpiano last year, at the age of 67. And I learned of lot from different lessons here. Now I saw that video and these chords. They sound so good. But for me as a beginner it's rather hard to learn them - by heart! It' s a great challenge, but I try and practise every day.So, I will have done it one day, inspired and encouraged by you, Jonny, our exzellent teacher! Thank's for your wonderful lessons.

I’m in my 50,s and doing easy piano tab music cover songs on you tube, have a look there you might find something you like or type the song in easy piano ,I’m doing a bunch and having fun but now looking for different piano learning , hence the blue / jazz or boogie woogie for some variety to keep learning . Hope your still playing . 🙏

This is a fantastic course in itself. Gave me a great tools for improvising. However I am not a beginner and it took some patience to learn the chords. But for a theory free foray into sounding jazzy, it is the best resource I have discovered. Only thing I could not find link to pdf download that you mention.

Hey Michael, ive been a member of PWJ for over a year now and took me a while to pull the trigger and join but so glad i did. Don't be fooled by these free online introductions as the online lessons are broken down a
lot more into individual courses beginner/intermediate and advanced and you can take as long as you need to get comfortable with each stage. Check out his quick tips online that are free and see how you go with some of them. I signed up for a month just to see i it was for me and I never left. Sometimes he has some great specials also. Good luck mate 👍

If he had his own nightclub in the French quarter somewhere and if he was to play this type of music in it that he is teaching in this lesson he would pack the house out night after night for I mean he is vintage to the vibe he is New Orleans French quarter through and through, I tell you, the Cajuns in Louisiana would love to sit out on their front porch and listen to him play in the evening time when all the work and the dust is going down, it troubles me to see some of the best talent in the world online , and a lot of these people go through life never being recognized cuz people live a fast-paced life and they don't take time to smell the roses , and to see what's out there lurking around and I'm telling you what, this type of music is so therapeutic to my soul as well as to others , also I feel it I mean I can feel it as he was playing
