    You guys are teaching the real skill and giving detail knowledge on how to correctly swing the racket , it took me years , and after swinging the racket in all possible wrong ways , I found this channel and fixed my swing finally.

    At first, I was a bit confused with the hand grip of Han-sensei. But after a few months of practicing, I realized that it was the ultimate style for generating speed and power 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    가장 중요한건 라켓면 플랫이라고 생각합니다. 그러려면 백스윙시 손잡이 끝이 타점과 일직선인 180도 이어야 한다고 생각합니다. 흔히 레슨시 백스윙이 머리뒤에서 나와야 한다는 건, 몸통회전이 180도 돌아야 하는 것이 아닌가 합니다. 그러나, 초보자들을 180도가 아니고, 오른쪽에서 타점이 형성되기 때문에, 즉 몸통회전이 130도 정도 회전하기 때문에, 백스윙이 오른쪽 어깨정도에서 나와야, 타점과 손잡이 끝이 일직선인 180도가 되는것이 아닌가 합니다. 즉, 가장 중요한 것은 라켓면이 상하좌우가 플랫이 되어야 정타가 되고, 내전과 포워딩이 가장 기초이자 중요하다고 생각합니다. 그 다음에 몸통회전, 백스윙, 포워딩, 임팩트(헤드사용)이 단계적으로 되어야 겠지요. 저는 약 8년차인데, 몸통회전만 연습하는데도 하체따로, 상체따로 몇개월을 연습했으니, 부분이 전체가 되려면 최소 몇년은 연습해야 겠지요. 그래서 구력이 10년이 넘은 동네 B조들도, 스매시가 잘 나오지 않는가 합니다. 이상 제 생각 ㅋㅋ.

      More like three years 😭But it's the same point coach is trying to get across with different students. I've learned the swing from this channel practicing alone by takin a racket for walks with my dog. Unfortunately I don't have such trainings where I live and I see thay are coaching kids wrong. They never learn proper swing. Other thing is that many kids don't listen... I suppose you need many fun exercises with throwing shuttlecock with kids.

    백스윙이 머리뒤에서 나와야 한다는건, 몸통회전이 180도 라는 것. 하코치님도 부상중이시라 130도 정도 밖에 안나옴. 즉 백스윙이 오른 어깨정도에서 나와야 함. 중요한건 손잡이끝이 타점과 일직선 180도 이어야 된다는 것 아닐까 합니다. 가장 중요한건 터점과 일직선 포워딩 제끼는 내전이 가장 중요함요. 오버헤드스윙 4가지 원리인 몸통, 백스윙, 내전 포위딩, 임팩트를 한꺼번에 다하긴 힘듬. 가장 중요한 우선순위부터 해야함요. 그냥 제생각요. 꾸벅

      여러가지 요소가 있지만 실전에선 완전한 풀스윙은 어렵죠. 실전에선 그 중 몇개만 제대로 해도 어지간한 스트로크는 잘될겁니다.

      어딘지는 대략 알것 같긴한데요... 아마도 엄지와 손목을 지나는 인대쪽이 본인의 유연성을 넘어가서 그런 게 아닐까 싶습니다. 밀어주는 엄지와 버텨주는 검지의 밸런스가 맞는지 확인해보시는 게 좋을 것 같고요.

      앞서 말씀드린 건 어디까지나 하나의 가능성이고 의견입니다. 통증은 학주님이 잘하고 계셔도 올 수 있습니다. 프로선수들도 부상이 있는 것처럼 아무리 잘해도 부상이 따르는 게 운동입니다. 다만 이것을 참고 견뎌내야하는 건지, 쉬어야할지는 오로지 스스로 판단하고 책임져야합니다.

    I have been playing badminton professionally for one year and my wrist moves wierdly (not in sync with my hip , and forearm rotaion). So i wanted to ask can it be called my 'style' of playing (as it doesn't effect my shots)or its just a bad habit ?
