Police and prosecutors always say, even if you didn't pull the trigger, you were there, so you are as guilty as the one who pulled the trigger. All of those thugs that were standing nearby and not stepping in should be charged as well. Or is this " rules for thee but not for me " situation?
That's not how it works
Is that law been enacted in TN? The lieutenant that sat in the squad car the when time should've been fired. The two EMTs that were eventually fired need to be charged for failing to provide aid. Neither of them even checked him.

The sentence will be severe. If they do not take a plea deal they will get sentenced to the fullest once they go through a jury trail.

The Feds won't have to come in. Just be patient. These officers are all going to be convicted and serve 15+yrs.
Can I please ask ( not clued up on judicial system). If the Feds file charges,will the charges be separate to current charges,and how does it work?

@@mandyjones7895 Yes. The charges will be completely separate and there will be a separate trial. The state trial will happen first. If they're found guilty and sentenced to serve a life prison sentence in this (the state) case, and also found guilty in the federal case, their attorneys will likely file a motion to allow them to serve the federal prison sentence first (because federal prisons are not as harsh as state prisons). Federal prisons have a lot of white collar, non-violent criminals and much more relaxed rules. It's up to the judge if they can serve their federal sentences first.

It's not that it could have happened in any large city.. it's happening every day And most definitely happening right now it's just none of them have got caught on camera in this manner..
Not just large but ANY police or sheriff’s department.
It's been happening in nearly every PD across the country. It was even worse before everyone had a cell phone and most departments made body-cams required.

Hopefully, once convicted, they serve their time in GENERAL POPULATION, NOT IN SOME ISOLATED EX- POLICE JAIL. JUSTICE CAN BE BETTER SERVED FROM WITHIN THE PENATENTARY THAN OUTSIDE OF IT.
Let's hope the judge doesn't allow their federal charges to "override" their state charges so they get to serve much or all of their sentences in federal prison.

We know that they had already captured the guy that ran, bc that wasn't Tyre in that car. They're trying to flag videos now bc they don't want it to get out that they made a mistake. In the videos u can hear the officers say that they had a man in custody and he was asking about his car, and they had already beat a totally different man up for no reason. . The reason why they're flagging the videos is bc they do in fact have the wrong guy. It was always my suspension anyways bc he didn't look like he had on the same jacket. Then he took off down a highway and they found this man in a neighborhood. The man in the video face NEVER looked like the guy in the pictures bc they had different teeth, yeah they favored but tyres teeth are straight across, the gut in the video is kinda like Chris brown's teeth if u get what I'm saying. When the guy took off the hoodie running it looked like he had on a red shirt underneath and this guy had on a black shirt. The hoodie had different objects all over it and tyres didn't. And they caught the guy already and he was asking about his car being in the street, that's why they were trying to get Tyre's mom to say something of the effect that her son was drinking, on drugs, and that's why they had to beat him bc he was outta control, bc they had put two and two together by then and was trying to cover it up.

Sometime, after this crime was on the News I'd discerned "allegedly"--> something "personal" and it was discovered "allegedly" that the white cop used personal handcuffs or had two sets of personal hand cuffs, that part.
And I'd "allegedly" discerned a woman connection involved and who that was, was not clear but later, something came up "allegedly" about their Boss responsibility and accountability in the matter.
During that time I'd referred to "allegedly" to a woman's connection but never said what Woman and or as of "who" because I don't know but what came to surface was the background history of their Boss, "allegedly" and she's a woman.
Now, until this process is finished no one really knows what really happened.
And yes, "orange" is my native Tribe color "Cherokee" from Oklahoma and I am proud of it but that doesn't mean that I am the bad person BECAUSE in my opinion orange looks better than red.

Thank you Ben Crump for all of your efforts with social justice. Unfortunately, there needs to be atleast 5 more notable civil rights attorneys during these 'woke' times who can command interviews. Exposure and awareness to the decades of unwarranted police brutality against the African American community requires expedited justice which can only happen with nationwide media coverage. Keep up the good work.
