It was for reason just not the right one. The ex-cop Demetrius Haley was jealous that Tyre was messing with his ex. They both work at FedEx. I don't blame him for running. Tyre recognized him and he sense something wasn't right in his spirit. It was a set-up. After watching the videos it makes sense to me after they pull him out of the car very fast. Unfortunately, the other cops got involved in his personal issue and they will be going down with him. Demetrius got the nerve to send the pictures of Tyre's face to his ex. They even brag about what they did. Sadly, they lied to his mother. A lot of people think they did this before including Sgt Dorsey she says they were too comfortable doing this. Sgt Dorsey also stated the Police Chief need to go as well because it was numerous complaints about Scoripoin Unit and nothing was done. They all deserve what coming to them. All the EMTS and cops that were there need to get charged and punished. Firing them is NOT enough. RIP Tyre
Exactly, which is probably why he ran. The police have a lot of ways to trick civilians into things. These units are given a little more freedom to do what they want l, given the type of criminal and crimes they had to deal with. But then I ask, why were they involved in a basic traffic stop? The chiron shouldn't say "Former officers charged" Its more accurate to say "5 Memphis officers fired and charged...". The other way makes it sound like they were no longer cops when they murdered someone. It matters, to me anyway, that they murdered a man on duty.
Yes, a major problem with policing. Sociopaths are attracted to positions of power - they also tend to be aggressive and tough. Unfortunately many police departments think those are desirable qualities. They need instead to test applicants for sociopathy and weed them out.

What if there's no video footage? The officers will be likely fine because of immunity. That's what happened 99% of the time. So it's useless to protest against the police. It's the problem of the law and legal system. Think about George Floyd, anything changed after that? People need to call the congress and request them to change the law.

that's why there are no good police officers, the "good" ones stand by and do nothing while the bad ones are beating, maiming and killing people, like in the George Floyd case. the other big thing is there is no accountability in law enforcement because police departments are allowed to investigate themselves when their officers have done something illegal or a complaint is filed. the police are given Qualified Immunity from prosecution (unless they do something really hideous like in this case), so they handle the public with a malicious sense of impunity.

There is something wrong with law enforcement in the US. I have two cop friends here in Canada and it would be crazy if they ever said anything like this. I can't imagine them calling anyone, even killers, "animals", let alone dehumanizing entire communities.
NJ police are infamous for being very racist. I’m in Boston and these cops will beat you up and call you a Nigg** to your face! I’ve been assaulted by a cop when I was 19. These cops are criminals and a lot of them get the job so they can get revenge on black people. Without the gun and badge do you think that man would ever say anything to a black man? They know they can’t beat up most black men so they go become a cop and do whatever they want. If your a cop who actually does his job and won’t abuse people like your partners. They will treat you like a outsider and try to make you leave your job. So many ex cops left their jobs because of the behavior of their co workers. It takes a real evil and racist person to stay at a job where you kill and abuse people for nothing! These police stations should have a FBI agent in each station who will hold the cops accountable for what they do. You can’t file a complaint when the person filing it is eating dinner with the cops after work. It will never work, and if you can’t afford a lawyer there’s nothing you can do. It’s your word vs a cop, and if your a young black man they will never take your side.
Sounds personal
12 young officers in tactical gear ran at me, a 73 year old who doesn't walk well.
It was totally choreographed and a teaching exercise, with an older cop giving directions.
Our town hires kids right out of the academy, pays them peanuts but promises 'training'.
I told them they would not find anything on my phone or laptop. They didn't but kept them 5 months anyway. These are people who have chosen a punishment career because they LOVE the idea of hurting people as much as they can. And the 'power'.
This HAPPEN TO ME IN NYC I WAS BRUTALLY ASSAULTED BATTER BY STAFF AND HOSPITAL SECURITY ON JAN 28 30 OF 2019 I was suffering from Mental health issues got my face smash into the ground Concussion to bruised on my face wrist arms skin broken to shin broken I tried to make numerous reports to NYC Dept of Health State to They all cover it up It happen at Bellevue Hosp NYC
I have to admit that here in NYC the Cops are crazy and looking for someone to pulverize.
The list of unarmed citizens who have been murdered by the police is a long one
🌸These dirty animals also seek jobs which give them access to vulnerable targets just like cops and foster parents.
More victims will probably come forward against these brutal animals.
I had a dream that law enforcement was a honorable profession.
it should be but many people abuse it and ruin it for the good
Some people kill me, if these regular dudes were walking down the street, would you even care. Doesn't matter if they were law enforcement, no humanity, this was a sporting event. Black officers whether in this setting or corrections tend to do the most. The initial level of contact at most times tend to be of aggression, provocation and demeaning attitudes or demeanors and dare you say anything in regards to that, don't question their authority and I can do and speak to you as I please and I'm from Florida and lived in Georgia, black officers take on the ideologies of the general boys in blue mentality...I can do and say whatever and not get touched or reprimanded even if you file a complaint, I had a bad experience in Florida, Miami Beach PD, City of Miami PD, Hollywood police department and then corrections officers in North Lauderdale, over my years and the attitudes are just appalling, makes you wanna say, I'm happy you made law enforcement black officer ma'am but I still deserve dignity and respect especially if I'm cooperating or what have you, you often are emotionally bothered by the initial encounter that we tend to not bother with complaints like what good will that do...minus the badge, police and government officials are human just as us...makes me think people like this give fast food workers a hard time for no apparent reason man…these power tripping people gain the wrong professions and don't know how to speak to the public properly, you can fake an interview but fail in your duties folks!!!
I would be scared to go along with this. Who wants to go to kill somebody? Who got time to go to jail? I got bills to pay and people dependent on me. I can’t imagine why somebody didn’t say something. To hell with blue blood. I’ll get another job but I couldn’t be apart of this mess. They need to get some different type of training. Maybe like if you kill somebody you on your own??? Something has got to change in this blue hood mentality.
I feel you bro lol I can’t go to jail those years will cost me .
Tadarious is one of the most ghett* names I’ve ever heard.
They cops are being allowed to bond themselves out. WTF, they are obviously a danger to the community.
How can you you bond out when charged with murder?
They acted like and jumped that guy like a street gang of thugs would do. The only difference is the street gang usually doesn't carry pepper spray and tasers to attack you with as part of the package.
We are seeing a lot more accountability of police.
But still a lot walk arounds letting cops get out with no charges brought up because they resigned.
The same as crimenals. Crimenals do crime day after day. Get caught. Go free 2 hours later to do more crime.
And zero accountability for black criminals.
@@josephphillips6372 wow you sure are a cop apologist I'd like to see you get stopped by a cop and watch a couple of them beat you until you ended up in the hospital and see what your opinion of the thin blue line cowards are then
@@JamesBond-so1of you see. I dont think that would happen. I abide by the law. I dont do shit to push my luck. And no... Im not white.... Im red.
@@rider3859 yes. No report on white crimenals. But look at the black crime. Every news cast. Blacks breaking the law. Oh wait..... Repressed..... I dont owe you a life. My family was poor cotton farmers. 17 kids and didnt need black folk to do their job.
No one is above the law
Cut the crap cops
I am stunned that in 20 hours that all 5 BLACK OFFICERS got heavy charges and fired. I wonder how come all the White Cops never never get such a swift Response or even any charges at all for all the criminal murders of Black People.
This sad all across the board. First rest in peace to the man who lost his life. Second these 5 dirt bags are going away for life. Third i would put them in population no protective custody. They did not protect that young man
They themselves are sons, and fathers. What a disgrace...
Are you sure?
Thanks for calling out the police chief , I just love to watch you , it’s not about how many interviews she can give or how enraged she is . There has been several complaints about that squad , WHAT WAA DONE ABOUT IT ???how was it handled ????. There has been a failure of leadership, she had to have been aware , she should be investigated. I don’t even live in the us , but this is really sad .
I agree. She won’t be there too much longer. She has to go too.
I agree. I don't care how outraged she claims to be, or how articulate she is in describing what happened. She's the Chief. This happened on her watch. She should go....
This is what happens when you put officers out on the street without proper training and supervision but just use tax dollars to provide them with authority and whatever weapons' they want to deal with the population. Not a good outcome!
Why do so many of these deaths occur after a "traffic stop"?
@Jack Riddance He did NOT deserve a beating and death!
@Jack Riddance Law enforcement whom has investigated, arrested and charged them with murder, kidnapping and official misconduct - disagrees with you about that.
Do you not support law enforcement or only when it fits your personal preconceived narratives and confirmation biases?
Hard to beat him him in a moving car.
@jackriddance2802: The emoji in your response tells us all that skin color is your determining factor
@jackriddance2802 : “Not really”. So your OTHER comment applauding the police handling of “the black criminal” means the same thing. Yes, I read other threads.
Child molesters and ra ci sts are aming the most vile creatures on the planet - you qualify for at LEAST one
Cop suspects fentanyl is within 100 yards: “oh my god i nearly died”
Cop beats someone to death: “aw shucks, he’ll be fine.”
This was black on black crime with these gangster police. I remember 1991 Rodney King (black) beating by Cops (white) in California. It was hard to watch then and it's hard to hear about this now.
I hope each one of them get at least 30 years couple with Federal time LIFE.
murder is murder; i don't care if it's white on black, black on white, black on black or white on white.
I wish he would’ve made it home😔🙏🏼
Again all they had to do is take him in not stay there and beat him now they ruin theirs lives 🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄😞😞
A lot of lives ruined…..
There are no good cops. Good cops dont let bad cops exist. The fact that there are so many bad cops proves my point. People will say “its just a couple of bad apples”, but no, that’s not the saying. The saying is “one bad apple spoils the bunch”. The bunch has been spoiled for decades, and even when these crooks have bodycams, they’re confident enough to do it anyway, because their other gang members will cover for them. Footage goes missing. Officers didnt see. Etc, etc. What a horrendous story, and my heart goes out to the family involved.
You see how quickly they charge black police officer...
They'll let em off even faster.
Now, explain THIS away... Who tazed him? Who mased him? Who choked him? Who punched him? Who kicked him? Who held him down? Who walked in with a flash light? ...now, Explain THAT away!
Do the Police need a big sign in the briefing room saying, "If you murder a black person who is a human being by any standards, you will be charged as a murderer, no officer is above the law!" People are sick of these cowards tearing families apart, I realize it's not all police that behave in this deranged fashion, but enough is enough, couldn't watch the video, heard he cried for his mom, that was enough, my heart is broken for her & his family, Tyre was loved.
Now the investigation on their years of service and all the arrests they’ve made and complaints on them made.
Might be a huge lawsuit 🧐🧐🧐
Taxpayer's 😡😡😡
Now make an example out of them
Just so happens we don't have to much video of the actual beating! They were hiding more than this I promise you!
What hurts too is that the victim was just taking photos of the (Sunset) then the unexpected happen by these SHOW-OFF- ROOKIE COPS, doing this to (One of their Own) incredible! No one EVER, EVER, should go through this!! These cops will get the MAXIMUM PENALTY, especially by being black and living in Tennessee!
But it’s just a few bad apples.. that all get trained the same way. It’s training and supervision, or lack of, that is the sole cause. Every death by police should result in the immediate firing of the chief of that department, no union protection.
Joe, it’s not the training and supervision only. It’s more complicated than you think. I worked in law enforcement, officers were trained and received reinforcement training in the use of deadly force. Some followed the law, others CHOSE not to. No amount of training can force a person to do the right thing if they don’t want to.
Exactly 💯.
@@asanta2023 And all five chose not to do the right thing and zero chose to. That’s some interesting odds. And if I can’t make a Big Mac properly, it’s the manager’s fault for not training me. If I choose not to make a Big Mac properly, it’s the manager’s fault for not firing me. Training and supervision.
You’re wrong, Joe. It’s the person’s basic personality. It takes character & good family models to learn restraint & self-confidence. Killer cops have no self-confidence, they feel good bullying folks.
wrong. it's qualified immunity, departments allowed to investigate their own cops, and the police unions. there is no accountability or transparency in law enforcement. the police are allowed to operate with impunity until someone gets murdered and the police get caught red handed.
