Fun Fact: To be exact. The “Beauty and Beast” tale is technically as Old as the Written Word the earliest story being the "Epic of Gilgamesh" with the Characters Enkidu and Shamhat.
Edit July 6th: Also another reason that it's "a tale as old as time" is because it teaches an important lesson a child can learn, Empathy, how to love the flawed.

I was imagining Belle and Beast dancing, all while reminding me why I liked the OG movie a lot whenever in came on on Freeform or at a random bowling alley.
