Bearings come with factory protection oil, with the vertical channels on the 3d printed nozzle you apply the lube directly to the metal balls and push out the thin factory protection oil. All axis on your 3D printer will be butter smooth.

Need to wash them out first. Either soak and clean in IPA first or denatured alcohol then refill with tbe Silicone based superlube. Even misumi are not real clean from the factory.

IPA can affect the plastic sealings and ball holder. I also removes any protection against rust. It's better to use cleaning kerosine instead.

I think the whole point of this is to not compromise the factory seal, and to wash them properly you need to remove that seal and get all old grease and cleaner out and get them bare and dry. This is a decent little system because the new grease will hopefully push out any contaminates with the old grease.

This is the second video I've seen that uses that nozzle, but fails to provide any information on how to acquire/print one.

Wäre eventuell hilfreich zu zeigen, wie die Teile korrekt ausgewaschen werden.

The aim of this nozzle is to replace the factory oil with super lube grease. It is sort of a shortcut and works very well for 3D printers.

@@ZariboTV so it's not necessary to wash them? Last time I putted them into isopropanol for a few seconds but after this I had a mix of misumi oil, super lube and isopropanol ...

never soak bearing in ipa you will damage the plastic seal i did it to my first set of bearings you dont need to clean them that advice is false.
