    These tracks are the reasons we love John Williams' music. Complete movie magic!

    I have loved this track since 1981. I love the pizzicato. This is amongst my many favourite John Williams tracks from Raiders, JAWS, STAR WARS and TESB.
    THANKS FOR POSTING.

    This music is Bartok like! So complicated and dissonant. Thanks for this job, that shows classical composers are not better than movie ones.

    It's great to see a reduction of this cue! I referenced parts of this track in a recent video, and that introduction to the B Theme has stuck with me recently. So I'm glad to be able to see a clear reduction of it here.

      @@musicscoreexchange Oh great, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
      I see you have a few more Indiana Jones reductions. Do you plan to do more?

      @@musicscoreexchange I’m currently working on my video about Marion’s Theme. It’s been more difficult to write than the video on Indy’s Theme, but I’m pushing forward with it now. I usually post updates on my community tab. Thanks for asking!

    This reminds me of the score from planet of the apes the original movie made in the sixties Particularly the 1st half of the movie when they are wandering on a desert planet and see human beings in the water for the 1st time and then are chased by the gorillaz on horseback

    Always been curious about 0:19 it sounds like a string player breaks a string! Or maybe Williams just instructed an extra accent on the drum?

    • @musicscoreexchange
      @musicscoreexchange  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes I also wondered, I tried to find out if it could be the log drum and listening, it could very well be that, especially since it is next the highest note written for this instrument in the track. But it is true that it is surprisingly loud. Thanks for your question !
