GSM Based Home Automation | Sim800L MIT App Inventor Relay Control

- Learn how to create an android app using MIT app inventor for gsm based home automation. I am using sim800l MIT app inventor and arduino uno in this project. You can control relay with sms using sim800l without typing sms and without writing code for android app. I add ON-OFF buttons in sim800l relay control project using android app. You can customize sim800l home automation using mit app inventor project according to your need.

simple mobile use kerna thora mushkil hy. sab sy bara masla usko arduino sy connect kerny ka hota hy. or har ailk mobile ka driver bhi alag hota hy. isliye ye possible tu hy lekin har mobile k model kay liye different code likhna paray ga.

the code implementation from arduino side returns the response by using sms
Ok ,I means to say that response should appear inside the apps like
if work done at the arduino end the button color required to be changed
Means you have to work on this app by receiving the sms too

yes, you can remove it. It does not effect the project
@@AhmadLogs Thanks for your response, sir. but I have a problem here, after I installed the application I still can't use it because when I press the ON/OFF button, a notification appears that says "generic failure, message not sent". I haven't tried it with an Android phone directly, I only use an Android emulator via PC. I have changed the phone number and other settings according to my needs. is there any solution for this problem? Thank you.
@@mochammadrizky4233 This project required SMS permission, When you installed the app, it ask for sms permission. you can allow it from the app. try installing the app directly on the android phone

Hello, I tried doing exactly the same connections you did. After clicking on "Light1 on" on the app, it shows "message sent" but the relay doesn't switch on.

phone number is never printed on the sim card. you ask for the phone number of your sim card from where you have bought the sim card
