Tutankham PCB Repair - Installing a test ROM - Tests not helpful

Found a repair log for Tutankham on-line that had a test ROM to test the video and static RAMs. The RAM tests pass as dos the other tests as far as I can tell. There is probably a bad connection somewhere on the PCB.
