Have you tried the tarte one? Wonder how this compares because I love the Tarte ones
Unfortunately, I haven't. I've seen reviews comparing Tarte's to Etude House's Syrup Glossy Balm and being similar. Nature Republic's is quite similar to Etude House's but slightly a little more sticky. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, I think it can't.
You don't you just. use it until it's flat, then pump out a bit more product. Hehe
