I don´t mind rescue people if I know that I had an easy route, I call that karma , cuz for some reason I noticed that I get awesome and easy routes when I rescue someone than when I don´t. call me crazy but that´s works for me and most of the time when a I finish early my DSP just want me to go home.
I work for Amazon flex and I haaate apartments they are always on the 3rd floor and I gotta bring like 8 grocery bags making me do 3 rounds up and the stairs sometimes customers will help or send someone to help but it really burns you out😭 I’m happy when I go to house and sometimes in the city you can’t find anywhere to park with private vehicle and you gotta park illegally or pay for parking and rush to the customers door boy it’s a workout
I used to hate going slow in fear of being called for a rescue so I switched to FedEx. Same wage with less benefits but I am home by 3pm everyday which allows me to work another job without going late into the night.
When I used to do this I would average 34 stops an hour. All my stops were right next to each other and I had 150-180 a day. Somedays I would be done at 4 some days 7 because I was beat by the 5th day 😩🥲

If you finish your route and there are no recessed before your 10 hours do you get to leave early even if you finish 2-4 hours early?
No they will still send you to go help someone else.

Where I work at we get incentive you find the work in less than 9 hour you get paid the full 9

We start at 10am

Idk how many stops they give you in total or how your route is. But you should be good. At least my dsp tells us we should do 25 stops an hr minimum
