Hi Samuel, I was at your R2R Revolution event yesterday. I was on the winning team 😁 💷 and I signed up for all the courses. We spoke briefly about me being in this same situation. My 2 bed flat market value is £210,000 discount is £112,300 you told me to buy it but I can't afford the fees as I've now put all I had in investment in myself. I made 1 step I'm hoping you'll make 10 🙌🏽
Yes Sharlene I remember you! DM me on Instagram and let’s keep in touch x also excited to meet you on training and well done for already making some money just yesterday!!
Wow, I did not know this info. I am looking to buy my council house with right to buy at some point. I was just about to start the ball rolling with it all...but then inflation and mortgage rates etc have gone up and it made me stop and think about it. Mortgage rates going up is a concern. I have been saving a deposit since the start of the pandemic. I wish I had known about this before. Thank you for sharing this info Samuel :)

Looking forward to seeing how many council tenants take this advice and then are repossessed in the coming years... it's been a blast but the years of 'risk free' property buying are coming to an end...
I've rented my council house for nearly 22 years, when boris Johnson said we can use our discount and buy I rang progress housing and they said they are waiting on the legislation, that was a year ago and still haven't heard anything from them.
Samuel great content as usual, only thing I questioned was what about your credit history or profile , I'm sure this would have a huge impact on securing lenders, if its not great?
Hi, If my council property is more than what then what I can lend, does that mean I would need a bigger deposit? Not just the discount from the council?
You are right 300% Seriously, the people that say that can’t afford the legal fees for such an amazing cause!!Sorry, if anyone finds me harsh but stop winding, STOP FINDING EXCUSES!! Stop shopping online, stop yr subscriptions Netflix, gym, get a 2nd or a 3rd job at night and raise £1/1.500 fee!!
My home is with a housing association but I am unable to buy it because of some red tape. My landlord says I can purchase it through VRTB but that has not been agreed by the government. I am looking on the open market but the deposits are crazy but I still hope. If you have the opportunity to buy your house via the council or a housing association with RTB.....just go for it 😊
Hi, Samuel I have a right to buy. I would like to know a bit more about how you can help. I also have your book which I purchased earlier this year. I've not started to read it yet but will do after seeing your advertisement. Bless
Samuel, I know people in London who have been turned down their RTB by council cos they have like credit card debt especially, some is even 2 grand or less. I heard one can arrange with the debtor CC company who is owed (coz we are all Creditors) that's another schooling, to agree payment but get a letter from the CC company to show the agreement to send as proof to the Council. Can you find out and how this can be simplified and done. Does one write to the CC company, CEO or CFO of the Credit Card company? This has got folks in London stuck. Is that correct or there is another way?
What are the restrictions applied to the buyer, if the seller is selling out the council house through right to buy letter and to the open market? Is there any obligation applied to the open market buyer from council after the purchase?
Hi Samuel Thanks for the Information. What happens when the property do not fit the requirements for a standard mortgage and your mortgage broker can only offer you a bad mortgage deal with a high % ? What should we do ? Regards,

The average person does not even have 20-30k in the bank, and in london a one bedroom flat costs over 250k, they cannot even afford it even with the discount. Most might not even get a mortgage
Hi Samuel, Awesome video we live in a council home (Cheshire area) but I'm 50 and self employed should we still go for it ? would really like to buy this home but its just the initial startup lol
Is it only for Council houses? Most councils homes are now owned by Housing association. How do we start the process of requesting to buy the property? IS this done by a real estate agent if I would rather a professional start the paper work.
Thank you very much for this enlightening information. I have one question, if people buy their properties and they are keeping up their payments etc, what protection have we got from the Government suddenly deciding to try and procure our homes for their own purpose?
