I have started with you Samuel in 2019. I have learnt so much in the last 4 years. All what you say is so true and it can be done. BUT...one will need more than £500 in the bank. Realistically, to make it work, one needs a minimum of £15k, even if that is the bank loan or credit card. Personally, after all those years I would start from spending 5k on a mentor towards specific strategy, and then £10k into implementing it. And most importantly - NEVER leave your job before you got all sorted. Swimming in that pool is super tough. But what it teaches is how to survive and do whatever it takes to stay above the water. Once you learn to swim, the next up is finding the place where you feel ground under your feet again. From there it's up to you to implement everything you've learnt the soonest you can.

That's all good but it's wery wery high risk as many people either rent it out for someone and than the person dosnt pay up and leaves apartment demolishes it on top of it which will drive the person who does it in total debt and when the time comes person can't repair apartment because of cost of what kind of damage is done...... Would be nice to make video how to resolve problems like it...... I personaly have language barrier and anxiety of speech with strangers, got no friends, no money...... And I'm bit confused about how it would be posible to start partial agreement for 5 years with buy put option if u got no money.... Let's say I make agreement and collect, let's say 30k in those 5 years but house cost 100k.... So I'm left with 70k more to put down God knows from where if banks don't loan that amount of money for people like me who works 9-5 job
Well, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! This chap is a 'training consultant' and a VERY good one judging by his balance sheets at Companies House! Though, don't be fooled the company has bank loans and hire purchase agreements etc too! Though they are billing a couple of million so the courses are clearly working for him and his team - he is not down as a property investor!! That's not to say, his courses don't work - just don't be fooled by the hype of the video, he's not 'doing' he's telling you how to!🤔 Always do your homework by researching before investing in anything!

It's all very well saying rent out apartments on short stay let's, what about furniture, beds, cutlery, kitchen ware, cleaners, security on the door etc this costs thousands to set up, not 500 quid. Impossible

Do you really need £0 though? The legal folk, mortgage brokers, builders etc charge money. Plus it costs money to find deals. Also, it would be great to give an example of where you'd find these partners. Thanks for the video.

How do you go about finding a mentor? 5k is a massive amount to take a punt on a mentor for a parent with no regular income and young kids...
