Like if you're getting flashbacks to quiet sing rn 💞 natures classroom pit vipers (dylan and jack and everybody), i'll miss our mealtime shenanigans and games of screaming toes and deep conversations on magic rock. that sunset, while it did (as promised) fade away, was the most beautiful emotional experience ive had in, like, ever. thank you for making me want to protect places like freedom, nh -- everyone should be able to see things like that. I went to Natures classroom in Cape Cod in 7th grade and I just got back. This was my favorite song there and we sang it on the bus ride back to school to. We also sang Riptide, The Eye Of The Tiger, and others but I can't remember them. It was so much fun to sing it all together and everyone was really nice. I loved it there and I'm definitely asking my parents to go there for summer camp.
This is probably the only song my friends will ever hear me actually sing out loud other than seven nation army, natures classroom is always a 10/10 or 11/10 (this time) experience. This song makes me think about me sitting listening to Beef Stew (my camp counselor) sing this while I sang doing the hand motions. just got back from natures classroom last week, knew this song before but this song will now always be in my mind. it makes me think of all the fun memories I had with my friends. Pretty cool you posted this on Tom Petty's birthday last year. I always felt a connection with this song and him because we shared the same birthday. It may have other cool meaning behind it (instead or additionally), but I always felt that "Half of me is ocean and half of me is sky" was at least partially in reference to being born practically on the cusp between a air sign and a water sign.

I am so glad I got to go to natures classroom. I was supposed to go last year but we couldn’t so my school made it possible for us to go. I have gotten so much closer with everyone in my grade. I had so much fun and I miss it so much. There was this counselor named Claire and she was one of the nicest people I have ever met. This counselor named Harry was amazing he had this really cool hat that was pretty cool. Also Parker had a pretty amazing hat too and he did a really cool trick with corn starch. It was definitely an unforgettable experience.

Pretty cool you posted this on Tom Petty's birthday last year. I always felt a connection with this song and him because we shared the same birthday. It may have other cool meaning behind it (instead or additionally), but I always felt that "Half of me is ocean and half of me is sky" was at least partially in reference to being born practically on the cusp between a air sign and a water sign.

I just got home from Nature's Classroom, we sang this song for 2 nights and this will forever be in my heart. I loved all the staff and the student at Nature's Classroom and I would love to go back to enjoy all the hiking and singing and dancing in the dorms. I never heard of this song before and I heard it the for the first time at Nature's Classroom and I touched my heart. My teacher was a girl named "Magic", she had short dark hair and an amazing and bubbly vibe too. I love all of the Natures Classroom activities and people and I hope other curious kids get to go there too. ❤

This song was the best I had it stuck in my head the whole week and now when even I think of it I start to cry a little. I am so glad I got to go to natures classroom. I was supposed to go last year but we couldn’t so my school made it possible for us to go. I have gotten so much closer with everyone in my grade. I had so much fun and I miss it so much. There was this counselor named Claire and she was one of the nicest people I have ever met. This counselor named Harry was amazing he had this really cool hat that was pretty cool. Also Parker had a pretty amazing hat too and he did a really cool trick with corn starch. It was definitely an unforgettable experience.
