Yes, the Disneyland Paris app is super useful and I don't think most guests are even aware of it. It's actually one of the most key steps of the planning process we think! The app just keeps getting better and better too - especially with dining reservations now included.
Just a note about the DLP app; some of the ride wait times can be deceptive. For example, the Disneyland Railroad frequently includes the 20-minute wait for the train to come around again - it's not 25 minutes of queuing!
I have to stop watching your videos or I'm going to get nothing done today! First trip to DLP in September and this was so helpful especially the part about not being able to tip on your bill - as an American I never would have known that. Thank you!
In France the service is included in the price so except an exceptional service you don't have to tip. Unlike the USA all the waiters are paid at the minimum salary who is just under 10€ per hour or more.
I've never been to DLP but I'm planning (and saving money) to go next year, hopefully. Your videos have been very helpful for getting a general idea on what I have to remember then! ^-^
These are indeed the tips and tricks beginners could use! So cool! I always walked straight towards the restaurants to make reservations. Actually never been to City Hall for that, but I am definitely going to dot that my next visit! Thanks guys! Gabriella
Just found out today you dont have to wait 60 days to do reservations for meals at DLP,Im going in May and you can now reserve online, today i booked Bistro Chez Remy and Inventions at Disneyland Hotel,so now you do not have to phone France to book ...I have the links if you like?
Really enjoyed this video! I might’ve also binge watched most of the others on your channel! I’m going in late September/early October and it’ll be my first time overseas. I’ve been to both US parks and can’t wait for DLP! Thanks for be helpful advice :D
SeeYouInMainstreet thank you :D I’m going to England, France, and Italy in total. DLP falls right in the middle of the trip. WDW is amazing! Disneyland in CA is my home park. If you guys go there I’d love to help give you tips on that park! So much fun
Hi guys we are staying at the Newport bay hotel with breakfast included..we are having the breakfast in the hotel where would the breakfast be served? Thanks.
I’m going to Disneyland Paris in March for the second time! Can anyone help with something. I’ll be arriving into Disney first thing in the morning from Paris and will be staying at one of the on site hotels for the rest of my stay. Can we still take advantage of the extra magic hours on this day that I arrive?
Isn’t number 8 a rule for everywhere, not only Disneyland? 😅 We bought a popcorn box 2017 in Tokyo and use it since then in all Disney Parks 👍🏻 The best option to make a reservation in a restaurant is the App, in general, before you go to Disneyland, download the app! For many restaurants you have to make a reservation 30-60 days before your visit, so it would be too late to make the reservation in the park or the hotel… :) But I have a question: I know the photo pass + is really expensive, but how much does the regular photo pass cost?
Hey Guys love the content. Soo helpful. We are experts at planning WDW trips but first time visitors for DLP. How crucial or advance dining reservations in say mid November. I see several videos where it looks like people are able to do walk in reservations?
Great advice on everything. I like the shoe advice, amazing what you see people wear sometimes! As an example for what not to wear, check out 3:20 of this video. Yikes!
Great video! Me and my gf will take those tips to heart before visiting DLP for the first time in febuary next year! One question: Does the ultimate fastpass ticket already include the entrance ticket or do we have to buy another ticket to enter DLP?
Hi there! Great to hear that our video's were helpful. The Ultimate Fastpass is an extra option sold separately from the entrance ticket. And remember; DLP can't be done in one day. Reserve at least 3 days for the best experience. Happy holidays!
Photopass also includes the ride action photos. These start at approximately €16,- and you have to carry the photos though the parks for the rest of the day. Yes you can get character photos with your own camera and/ or mobile phone, but not the ride photos. We talk about the photopass in this video: th-cam.com/video/B57xZ70Uf_A/w-d-xo.html
Okay first of all, you two look so cute! I’m gonna be going to Disneyland with my boyfriend and this is my first time ever, so guess who’s gonna binge your videos haha! Now I know this has been posted a few months ago but I have a question: is February a good time to go to ? Bc I would really like to go then as we have one week of vacation and I want to know if the parcs will be less crowded? Thanks in advance!
Hi Lily, it's safe to bring a bag, however you must take the bag inside the rides with you. Don't bring a bag that's too big. A shoulder bag or small bagpack is perfect. Have fun!
The reservations (especially for dinner) should be made several days before otherwise it would be really difficult to get a table, especially in summer
Hi Imani, If you have only one day, we would suggest Disneyland park. Visiting both parks in one day would be a rushing marathon. Especially in winter when the parks close early (20.00h). If you have the budget for it we would recommend the Ultimate Fastpass ( th-cam.com/video/yROP9KUKtsk/w-d-xo.html )to skip long cues in the regular lines. Anyway, have fun!
Question about Photo Pass - I go to Disney World in FL all the time. The photo pass people will also take a picture of you with your own camera or cell phone at no charge in FL. Is that true here as well?
Just an FYI: My favorite shoes here in the U.S.A are by SAS! These shoes are a little expensive, but if you want excellent walking shoes that won't do you wrong, (and you need to really have your feet measured if you buy them), these are the shoes to wear. They're made in Texas, and the website is sasshoes.com. That stands for San Antonio Shoemakers, and they're labeled as athletic shoes. They have excellent artch supports, and they don't just sell athletic shoes. Even their more dressy shoes can be used, because they've designed them for walking. No worries, they're made for both men and women. Enjoy!
I love Disney😍 Summer vacation 2019 we're going to disney for the second time. The first time we've had an amazing time at the parks. We've stayed at the Santa Fe hotel. It was a Cars themed hotelroom and for a 7/8 year old kid it was so nice! I loved the big thunder moutain. And i surelly wanna go in there when i am there😂 you've really helped me with these tips. Im surelly gonna use those😍
We’ve just booked for June we r staying at Santa Fe I have a 9 and 11 year old hoping the hotel is ok, our problem is we haven’t booked any dining packages and I have a fussy 9 year old boy so not sure where we r going to eat everyday :( Am I right in thinking you aren’t allowed to take any food or drink into the park with you??
Thank you for the helpful video. My husband and I are planning a trip to London and Paris and we are big Disney fans. Even though our family and friends think we are crazy, we think what could be more awesome to see Disney in Paris! I do have a question... does Disneyland Paris have many foreign visitors? Disney World in Florida has visitors from all over the world!
Penelope Pitstop hi. From London and we go every year. It had people from all over the world. Don’t forget that nearby you got a big shopping outlet too with all designers
Hey I have a question, I want to visit Disneyland to see the pink castle most importantly not so the rides. Can I just walk into the park ticketless to the pink Cinderella castle and then buy each ride if I want?
Hi Fernandes, sorry to say, but you do need an entry ticket to get close to the castle. The system you're describing was used in the early years of the original Disneyland park in Anaheim, California. The park that still is free to enter and buy/use individual ride tickets is Linnanmäki in Helsinki, Finland. Thanks for watching and your patience for an answer!
Hi, we're going to disney with my family this june and for the first time we're staying at a hotel, so is it in that period really important to make a reservation for the restaurants? Cause we mostly just know on the day before or on the day itself where we want to eat. Just discovered your channel and i love it (it's fun to watch even if you're going for the fifth time, xoxo)
Good morning dears, we’re going to DLP in a few weeks with two 5 years old children. We’re going to stay two days. Do you suggest to spend one day at Disneyland Park and one day at the Studios, or do you think that it would be better to buy a two parks ticket for the second day? I am afraid that one entire day at the Studios is too much. Thank you!
Hi Stefania, thank you for your comment. We think that, like you suggested, is to visit Walt Disney Studio's for "half'" of the day. There is a lot under refurbishment and with your children being 5 years, I guess they would have more fun in the Disney park. Haver a Magical Stay!!
We would advice you to chose one park and especially Disneyland Park, because this park is more beautiful than the other and filled with classic Disney rides. :-D Have fun!
I hope you can help me. Do I need the photo Pass 100% or can I also take pictures of my friends with the individual characters with my private camera? And thank you for the tips. It's very informativ. 👍😁
I’m going to Disneyland Paris in 2019 and this helped me so much ! I’m so scared to go due to my anxiety but it’s Disney !! I want to plan everything now so this is really helping. The app sounds like a life saver !! I really only want to get three photos ... one with Micky one in front of the castle and one with belle but I’m worried I won’t get them. Also wondering what pin trading is like in Disneyland Paris as I have a lot of pins I would like to trade. Adore your videos your both so adorable !!
Hi! Did you see our episode 'how to avoid the crowds'? It's a perfect video to watch for when you have anxiety. You can meet Mickey at his special location, all you need to do is wait in line. At the Princess Pavilion you can meet Belle. You can also book a dinner at Auberge de Cendrillon where you meet (almost) all the Disney Princesses. Pin trading isn't as big as in America, but you can absolutely do it in Disneyland Paris too. Have fun on you vacation!!
SeeYouInMainstreet oh wow thank you so much for replying ! Just watched your video about crowds and it helped so much ! Thank you so much for the tips I appreciate it ! And thank you !! ☺️
Hoi Brent! 🚗
I'm going for my second time but the last time I went was with family. It's gonna be an interesting experience with just me and friends. Thank you for this video guys :)
Thank you so much for this video!! The ending made me subscribe haha I'll be going next year for the first time and I'm wondering if one day is enough to experience both parks?
Hello Helen, some of the rides have indeed a height restriction. On the Disneyland website ( www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/attractions/ ) and the Disneyland app ( play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.disneylandparis.android ) , you can find the height restrictions of the attractions. We hope this helps you plan your DLP trip. Have a Magical stay!
Weer een supervideo. Had vanmiddag op de andere gereageerd via een andere account haha. En jullie zijn ook zo lekker vrolijk.. geweldig!! Groetjes Wendy
Can you also buy one of the pictures in some rides or do you gotta have the pass to buy(kun je sommige foto's apart kopen van plaats die photopass te gebruiken want ik vindt het wel verschrikkelijk duur)
Hi I'm French and for the tipping what your are telling is a bit wrong, for mousekeeping you don't need to tip and it's the same for the restaurants where the service is included in the price. It's really common to not let a tip at a waiter, it's not like the USA they are all at least paid at the minimum salary (just under 10€ per hour) , if you want you can let a few € but not 15/20% which is a really big tip here.
Hi P4olo, we're sorry, for the confusion. It's just that some visitors like to give tips when they are on holiday. Thank you for your explanation hopefully it will help our other viewers :-D
@@SeeYouInMainstreet As i said you can let a tip but clearly not 15/20% like in the USA, 5€ is a really big tip in France, a waiter can earn easily more than 1200€ per month (health insurance and pension included).
Je bent vergeten dat de reserveringen voor restaurants nu ook gedaan kunnen worden via de website van Disney zelf! :D www.disneylandparis.nl/restaurants/
Yes, the Disneyland Paris app is super useful and I don't think most guests are even aware of it. It's actually one of the most key steps of the planning process we think! The app just keeps getting better and better too - especially with dining reservations now included.
I KNEW U GUYS WERE DUTCH I HEARD THE ACCENT I LOVE IT
Going to paris in July and we are planning on going to disneyland and it will be my first time at any disney park. i’m so excited it looks amazing
Just a note about the DLP app; some of the ride wait times can be deceptive. For example, the Disneyland Railroad frequently includes the 20-minute wait for the train to come around again - it's not 25 minutes of queuing!
Hi Tomsonic, that's true! The times aren't always accurate. That can be an disadvantage sometimes ... or not ;-)
I just heard about an app that is supposed to be good for wait times @ Disneyland Paris. It’s called MagiPark.
This was very helpful! You all are great! 😊 we will be traveling from America and you answered all of my questions! Thank you so much!!!
Hi Natalie, have a great trip across the pond and have a magical stay!
I have to stop watching your videos or I'm going to get nothing done today! First trip to DLP in September and this was so helpful especially the part about not being able to tip on your bill - as an American I never would have known that. Thank you!
Hi Jen, we're so happy we could help you out with our videos! We hope you'll have an amazing time in DLP in september. :-D
In France the service is included in the price so except an exceptional service you don't have to tip. Unlike the USA all the waiters are paid at the minimum salary who is just under 10€ per hour or more.
Hey Jen! I just read this, are you still going in september? Just curious thats all x
Walt's Restaurant and Bistrot Chez Remy are must things to do for advanced reservations!
wow, never know there is an app for disneyland! great tips! planning to go there this july :)
Great to be of service! Have fun in July, we're sure you're going to love it! :-D

Hi Zahra, we also answered your question in the Q&A video that will be uploaded today :-)
Enjoyed your video good tips I’m going in November I can’t wait your tips will help thank you 😊 x

Is there any place/services to keep the belongings such as luggage over there?
I’m going with my school and we only get a day 6-8 hours is that enough?
The reservations (especially for dinner) should be made several days before otherwise it would be really difficult to get a table, especially in summer
Tip 1 check the weather....WOW genius !
Hi Morag, you would be surprised how people are dressed ;-)
Rewatching all your videos again haha
Yes!!! 🙌🙌
Hi I’m going next month for 1 day is it possible to do both parks in one day? & if not which one is the better park ? thanks !
Anyway, have fun!
thank you sooo much
You are two beautiful people, always make me smile ☺
Question about Photo Pass - I go to Disney World in FL all the time. The photo pass people will also take a picture of you with your own camera or cell phone at no charge in FL. Is that true here as well?
Hi Annie, no worries, they happily make pictures of you with your own camera 😊
Another question, is the photo pass something where your pictures will show up on the app like in Florida and California or is it a CD that you buy?

Good morning dears, we’re going to DLP in a few weeks with two 5 years old children. We’re going to stay two days. Do you suggest to spend one day at Disneyland Park and one day at the Studios, or do you think that it would be better to buy a two parks ticket for the second day? Great to hear Bigmo!! Have fun in July!
I hope you can help me. Do I need the photo Pass 100% or can I also take pictures of my friends with the individual characters with my private camera? And thank you for the tips. It's very informativ. 👍😁
Hi AnnKathrin, you can also give your own camera to a Disney photographer and they will make pictures for you. No problem :-)
SeeYouInMainstreet Thank you 😃
Kleine correctie. Disneyland Parijs is niet groter dan de Efteling. In tegenstelling.... De Efteling is groter.
I feel like the video should have been 3 rather than 10 minutes (then you would of course lose the option for a mid-reel ad...) but good advice!

I'll be going next year for the first time and I'm wondering if one day is enough to experience both parks?
No way short answer.. waiting in the lines takes half the day
Thank you these tipps realy helped me
I don't know much French, how easy is it to communicate their while being an English speaker?
Maddy Reedy absolutely fine, I have never spoken to any staff at the parks or hotels that don’t speak English
Thank you , really helpful, going in August for the first time with 11 year old twins , are the rides height restricted?
Hello Helen, some of the rides have indeed a height restriction. On the Disneyland website ( www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/attractions/ ) and the Disneyland app ( play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.disneylandparis.android ) , you can find the height restrictions of the attractions. We hope this helps you plan your DLP trip. Have a Magical stay!
Can you make a video for Disneyland Paris Pro's too? I love your channel!! 😍
Is there WiFi in DLP?
Hi Carey, yes there's WiFi in Walt Disney's Studios, but they're still working on WiFi in the Disneyland Park. :-)
I have a question for you...are lyk cards any good in the Dlp?
Hi! We're not sure what you mean by 'lyk cards'? Can you explain a bit more? :-)
Weer een supervideo. Had vanmiddag op de andere gereageerd via een andere account haha. En jullie zijn ook zo lekker vrolijk.. geweldig!! Groetjes Wendy
Dankjewel Wendy!
Hi.. we r planning to take my daughter to Disney land park on July.. food s a prob for us sometimes.. can I eat outside food/ packed lunch.. xoxo
Hi Sountharya, Yes you can bring your own packed lunch. have a Magical stay!!
ty for this im going this december
How was it?
As far as using cash in the park , is it euro’s only ? Really enjoyed your video ,subscribed !
Yes it’s euros only, but you can pay with your credit card 😊 thank you for subscribing!!
If you think this Disneypark is big? Go visit Europapark in Rust please
It's indeed on our bucket list ;-)
Can you use British debit cards there? Do you have to convert cash into Euros before you go?
Good question. We have no experience with this, but in case you need to withdraw money or change cash; it's possible in Disney Village!
@@SeeYouInMainstreet thank you
Where/when did you buy the green ears?
Hi Rowana! I bought them last time in one of the shops of Disneyland Paris. They're so pretty, don't you think?
SeeYouInMainstreet I love them! I'm going to DLP in 3 days so hopefully they'll still have them
I think they will! Have fun in Disneyland Paris 😃👍🏻👍🏻
Make a video about disneyland salon please
Very helpful video, thank you for the tips 💖 we're planning our trip to Disney for August at the moment.
That's awesome!! Happy planning :-D
thank you for a great video you did I'm definitely going to go
Hi Diane, great to hear! Have fun in Disneyland Paris :-D
SeeYouInMainstreet thank you I will
we are going in August and your videos have really helped:)Thanks
We're so happy we could help! Thank you Kiddie
We are too
I went to disney aug. 10 to 12 too
Can you also buy one of the pictures in some rides or do you gotta have the pass to buy(kun je sommige foto's apart kopen van plaats die photopass te gebruiken want ik vindt het wel verschrikkelijk duur)
Hai Siham, ja je kan een foto ook los kopen, maar dat is in verhouding veel duurder. Een losse foto kost geloof ik 20 euro.
Hi. I am Nitin from India. Like your important tips. I wanted to know if i have to select one theme, which one will be the best ?
Hi Nitin! We always like the Pirate theme a lot :-D Thank you for watching
SeeYouInMainstreet Thanks so much for another tip😉
And what are the other themes ?
Do you mean the different lands in the park?
SeeYouInMainstreet like pirate theme there were i think 3 more themes. As u said in video you cannot watch all in 1 day
Hi I'm French and for the tipping what your are telling is a bit wrong, for mousekeeping you don't need to tip and it's the same for the restaurants where the service is included in the price.
Thanks so much.
You're welcome!!
Jullie hebben het fout ovet grotet dan de efteling. In oppervlaktr is de efteling groter. Maar heeft minder attrscties
I'd rather go to the Disneyland in LA since its 30 mins away 😅😂
How’s the weather around March/ April?
Very unpredictable. It could be warm and sunny, but it could be freezing too. Bring everything ;-)
Je bent vergeten dat de reserveringen voor restaurants nu ook gedaan kunnen worden via de website van Disney zelf! :D www.disneylandparis.nl/restaurants/
Oei! Een misser! Dankjewel voor de aanvulling 😃👍🏻
Subbing for sure! My fiance and I are going to DLP for our honeymoon and these videos are super helpful :)
That's awesome!! When are you going to get married?
Het zou geweldig zijn als je via de app reserveringen kon maken
Dat is zeker waar! Helaas kan dat nog niet :-(
