    Try driving round the country. Almost whole of the North Island is looking run down and neglected, especially places that used to be really nice and touristy like Taupo and Rotorua. South Island might as well be another country. Its very obviously on a different and more postive track.

    Good podcast thanks Blandon, how about doing some more property formula work shop videos, show us some current deals your doing or deals you have done in the past and run through the high level numbers, that’s what we want to see the most, let’s see what’s possible out there and what it looks like to hold an investment property in this current interest rate environment.
