I have 2 of these v10 touareg s although they have or get issues learn to fix them your self. Some things are not about money . The tail shaft issue use some urethane sway bar bushes then urethane sikaflex to seal them in. Easy fix. Suspension tee up the rear and front tee up but put an inline tap valve and pump up to 112 -118PSI. YOU can use truck air line s and fittings but I recommend manual switching from airbag Suspension kits it comes with a gauge or opt 2 for $250. So that s done. Turbo actuator one is easy one hard but hard one undo engine mount rhs and use engine crane to lift for more access. You can't beat these for towing and still cheaper than police fines if using many other vehicles.
I own the V10 with 160,000 miles. Goes great. No show stoppers. I do maintain it regularly and make sure I understand what needs to be looked after. Any luxury vehicle requires expensive maintenance. If youre trying to save money buy a Jeep.
Ive had my 06 v10 since new. Other than the drive shaft, no major problems. Awesome car
what kinda mpg are you getting these days ? how many miles are on it now ?
@@britton6062 18/22ish just turned over 100k. Compared to my Gwagon that gets 12 it’s an economy car

Just brought an '04 V10 TDI with with just under 116,000 miles as a Christmas present to myself. So far no major issues 😅
Still have it?
I have one and never had any crazy issues. Maintenance has to be done on any vehicle.
