Speaking from personal experience, GoMo is the worse customer service provider you can get on the market, with no experience, no competence or ability to provide any customer service , in fact no competent customer service assistance at all.A company that has long way to go before it can even attempt to closely compete with other providers. It is an unpleasant coment but unfortunately its the truth.

Is this 12.99 euro stay on Your account and You can Use it ( for example International calls) or You pay 12.99 and You have zero on the account??
