    Great video. Building the cabinet carcass and vertical drawer box this week. Exactly what I needed in order to determine the correct dimensions and where to pre-drill holes for the slide hardware. The laid back demeanor of these seasoned older gentleman was a great reminder to me to have fun in my wood working projects. He just chuckled to himself when little things didn't go exactly as planned. You get 2 lessons from this video. How to install the hardware and a reminder to stay positive.

    Excellent video! I have a unit that has been installed for 20 years in my home. The top guide has loosened, and I needed to remove the unit to repair the top guide holder. I had no idea which guide system was installed. I phoned Kraftmaid and they were able to determine the system. This video provides a great explanation for installation which helped me complete the task.

    Many thanks for the video, both helpful and charming! I haven't seen any info on making an insert door with the pantry sliders (mine is the 771), so I contacted Fulterer for feedback and went for it. There is some side to side play in the slider so I went with 2.2mm reveal / gap and have no issues. Great to have the pantry. It does make a little noise as each telescoping piece and each damper engages along the travel, but it is acceptable. The action is smooth and well damped.

    Just installed this with the soft close. What I found is the plastic on the soft close hardware is VERY cheap and flimsy.

      Hi Steve, please send us some details of the application (height, width, depth etc.) to info@fultererusa.com and address it to the engineering department. They will review and get back to you as soon as possible. From our experience so far the gap between side wall and pull out unit can get as narrow as 7mm on each side, depending on the application. But that is no binding statement only a benchmark.

    There was no mention of using the the 4 1/4-20 pan head screws and T-nuts at the back of the lower rail bracket. I didn’t get any mounting screws or hardware package with my unit. Bummer

      Hello David that is correct. We do not provide any fasteners to connect the slide to cabinet or pull-out because we do not know the preference of our end users that install these slides in various different steel or wood applications. Thank's

    I don't get how the upper part damper works. It just sits there the wheels are supposed to ???

    • @fultererusa8856
      @fultererusa8856  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The top slide part that get mounted inside the cabinet has a actuator attached.
      The damper sits in the rail that get mounted on top of the pull out. When the pull out get pushed close the actuator catches the damper and avoids the pull out from bouncing back and forward which results in a smoother closing movement.

    my pantry keeps falling forward and out of its upper track. How do I fix or adjust that?

    • @fultererusa8856
      @fultererusa8856  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Nancy, can you take pictures and maybe a video of what you experience and send it to office@fultererusa.com?
      We would definitely need pictures of the top rail (the grey or white U shaped profile on top of the pull out) when it is extended, please pay attention that it does not tip. Our customer service team will absolutely look into that!

      Please contact our customer service with using the form on our webpage www.fultererusa.com/contact-fulterer.asp
      Our customer service team will reach out to you and most likely request further details.
      It would be helpful if you could provide then details of the broken part (picture), the length of the bottom slide and some details on where/when you purchased the slide and who installed it. The more and detailed the information and pictures the better for us to help.
