I am getting alot from your videos. Thankyou ! Having worked in various busy Professional fields, such disregard as not sending even a quick TXT message to The Foster Carer that a baby will not arrive is blatant rude-ness and unprofessional. How has this come to be accepted ? ? The foster care Culture CAN be improved if we insist ! Such lack of simple effort to TXT contributes to Carer burnout. Its not OK !
You're so welcome - I am SO glad you're getting a lot out of them!! :). There definitely needs to be good communication between everyone. I have had great social workers who communicated very well and others not so much. I am not sure what the disconnect is there :/.
