Listening is like having a fire side chat, discussing some really important themes about obstacles and how we can potentially overcome them. It's a beautiful example of considered thought, being present in those thoughts and gently seeding wonderful ideas on how to move forward in life.
Yes the obstacle of “cult” is very pervasive. I used to practice yoga a lot and I started to think I was better or more knowledgeable or more ethical than everyone else I encountered, not even knowing who they were. A holier than thou mentality. I found it to be pervasive in the yogic community. A way to mask real lack of self confidence. I thought yoga was giving me self confidence, but it was just feeding my ego- I’m more flexible than everyone else here blah blah blah. I actually think the practice of meditation is a more efficient and effective method of self confidence and acceptance of others than the practice of physical postures
gracias
Yes Ganesh is the remover of obstacles because he reveals their opportunities
Thank you again for these beautiful talks, you both transmit so much beauty 🙏🏾🌷
It’s interesting because Bhakti purpose is to serve, yet the obstacle is isolation from those they are meant to serve
Love is conditional.
Love is what you really are ❤
thank YOU both so much ❤❤

Patanjali yoga sutras
Loved the talk. Does this work for someone who is in a political or judicial position or just individuals?
