I’m a solo practitioner and always have been. Discovered meditation somewhat spontaneously. I think that I’ve also experienced this energy through my meditation practice. I also think that I’m stuck. Hopefully I can find an instructor to help me with this. It is so complicated on my part. I think that I feel the same way you felt while explaining this. …in a space of awe and wonder. That’s my interpretation of the way you both looked as you described it. Hopefully I didn’t offend.
Namaste Guruji 🙏. Interestingly, I found that the same understanding can be appreciated when looking at the Meridian chart of the Chinese Traditional Medicine that focuses on 2 main energetic lines (2 main nerves - sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves coiling vertically through the body) and I could see how Yoga (asana) has a capability to access and manipulate these meridians through its poses. I think the whole practice is to try and find the balance and harmony of both yin and yang (conscious and unconscious, light and dark, light and dense, the above Spirit and below physical or material aspects of the self) as one complete Self. I am deeply honored to have studied under your tutelage in Thailand. 🙏
Hi there. I study Zen Shiatsu, which is based on traditional Chinese meridian system and I find there are several parallels in these traditions. How they explain, and how Ty Landrum demonstrates breathing through the Psoas lines is the one that gives me the Aha😃 Really grateful for all these wonderful teacher's teaching and online material, from which home practitioners also benefit so much from. Thank you❤
