    39:40 So good. Thank you! I love this perspective..."...helps to cultivate patience and generosity" ... Makes so much sense. Because the focus isn't on trying to not have negativity but rather accepting the negativity and focusing on how you use that energy.

    can you talk about those with slight knock knee or pigeon toed regarding firelog or cobblers pose or pigeon.
    I don't see a correction able as an older person, but I feel knee tenderness if I do these.
    also wide angle foeward fold my feet turn in...
    I feel I am always forcing things straight just walking, should not yoga let it be some or welcome the hip socket turn in mostly?
