Right on time. I definitely had my buttons pushed at family court 3 days ago. I had to sit in my truck and just wept and ask God for his strength.

I should’ve watched this before I let my buttons get pushed by my husband last night . I put my hands on him after 4 years of his betrayal. I’m pregnant just exhausted by this marriage. This is my first public confession so be gracious. I’ve been a great wife up until now I’m just fed up and obviously full of anger. Please pray for us y’all.

I know that feeling of betrayal sis, you have to allow God to heal, deliver, and make you whole. He will be the only source to bring you peace in the storm. Nothing else will and can do. Continue to stay in your prayer closet and seek wise counsel from your pastor and therapist.

I needed to hear this. I am dealing with a racist HR Director and the owners of the company I work for allow her to do whatever she wants. Several Black women have left. I am trying my best to wait on God for a better opportunity. The waiting season can be tough but I pray that you all keep me in your prayers.

@@ladennayoung2939 Thank you!! I have not reached out to a lawyer. However, I am documenting everything. I feel like God is telling me to stay put for a little longer, but I'm getting impatient. I know he has bigger plans for me and I'm putting in the hard work on my end but for some reason it's not time yet.

I will say this about a hostile work environment that I had to learn and went through for many years...pray over the building. Pray over the people that enter. Pray for your enemies and let God do the fighting for you. His strength is evident in our weakness. Allow God to do the fighting, because He said, Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay! Fight with the Holy Spirit of course not to retaliate and definitely pray over yourself before you get out of the bed because once your feet touch ground and sometimes in your sleep is when the enemy starts his attacks against you. Spiritual warfare is real!

Pastor!!! This was so good! I was struggling this week in the self-control department with my own mother. My dad said, "Where's your self control?" Thank you for being obedient to God and taking heed to the Holy Spirit. It is so reassuring to receive a good word from a pastor that you can tell truly spends time with God and seeks Him regularly. Thank you!!

Struggling with mine today. My mother and I have had a strenuous relationship since I was 11, then I realized she could be my own spiritual warfare, enemy, and someone who doesn’t respect my boundaries. I tried to take my own life at 13 and again at 17 bc of how she talks and makes me feel. I have to work on my self control and let her go.
The first 5 mins was all I needed… “ working the garden with my father” whew that’ll preach by itself all day in this season I’m in

Needed this. Lord please hear my prayers. I’m so discouraged. As a single mother I’m struggling to provide for my sons both are special needs I’m overwhelmed! Every month is a battle. Jesus help me to overcome my fears. Because as I struggle I am fearful. I trust in you Lord Jesus please give me strength as I struggle to buy groceries and as I struggle to pay rent. I can’t do it without you Lord. 💕

You are a very very very strong woman. I also grew up in a home with a single Mum, and 4 siblings with cousins too(African family😂). I saw how she did it... Working, hustling, grinding, working 3-4 jobs to to make sure there was food on the table, a roof over our heads and clothes on our backs. We didn't have the best of anything usually... But, we had the greatest gift of all. Our Mother.
And for that, we are sooooooo thankful to God for that.
That's the same thing for you. You are strong, and you are going to make it.
Remember: God has not given you a spirit of fear. And, fear is transferable. A scared Mum begets a scared child (happened to me).

14:03 Wow! Yes! I have struggled with not liking my personality and a lot of times people looking down on me it made me not want to be happy , which made me depressed because I was trying to please people and it might sound silly to some but I really struggled with this. I know my current job is not where I should be and I recently heard God tell me to work with children and I actually saw a vision of me in this position. I've struggled so much with living by others definition of who they said I was, but I rebuke all of that and trusting God!

Basically so if there's a need to clap back then you're not operating in the Spirit, but if you don't feel the need to clap back after an attempt to down you, chump you off, or make you look defenseless then that's the Holy Spirit operating through you to show the other person a different way. The Way! Humility. Thank you Holy Spirit for putting words to this through our pastor Jerry! 🙌🏾 Bless him Lord.

I agree with this word. It’s important to not let offense control us. I would like to add that I also believe that there are times when speaking up for oneself or others is also Christlike. It’s crucial to be led by the Holy Spirit in these situations, especially when fear of rejection may hold us back. Speaking up doesn’t necessarily mean holding onto offense, especially if we can genuinely pray for the other party.
