Bob isn’t exaggerating. I live in PA and I went through something similar with Lowe’s, a dishwasher and a terrible install company. The first tech wouldn’t install it because the valve under the sink wouldn’t shut off all the way (it was a trickle). I knew where the main shut off was to the hot water but he refused. Then he went to his truck and came back telling me and my wife that his boss would be calling momentarily to resolve the situation. In the meantime he asked me if I wanted him to drop the dishwasher anyway. I went to go ask my wife and when I came back the tech was gone…dishwasher and all. 2 hours later…no call from the tech’s boss so we called the install company. The boss proceeded to tell me that the valve needed to be replaced before the dishwasher would be installed. To which I told him I shut off the water and the power, and to tell that tech to hightail it back to my home…he refused, telling me it was Lowe’s policy. Then he was rude to me and hung up on me. We called Lowe’s and they told me that it was the install company’s policy. Needless to say I got the valve fixed but then had to wait another 10 days before I could get the dishwasher installed. Now…at no time…from the person who sold us the dishwasher to the person who set up the first install appointment…was I informed that certain things needed to work 100% prior to the install. Had I known, I would have had the problem fixed BEFORE the install. Neither Lowe’s nor the install company cared about customer service. Not to mention, the first tech disconnected the wires to my old dishwasher and left! Then lied to us and said he didn’t. When the second crew showed up they told me he had and if we turned on the power we might have started a fire! I’m so fed up that I told Lowe’s that I am not paying for the install…Lowe’s can eat it for all I care for my aggravation and time wasted. I am waiting to hear if I’m getting reimbursed or if I need to escalate it further.
@@jormungandr3593 In fact it did. I put up enough of a stink to get Lowe’s to refund me the entire installation cost. And the dishwasher works perfectly too. But it just goes to show Bob’s experience wasn’t an isolated incident. Be very careful when buying appliances.

If you're viewing this on a desktop, go to 12:56 and let it play for a couple seconds. As soon as Bob begins to say "delivery", press the left arrow key on your keyboard once to rewind 5 seconds. Apparently this creates a near perfect loop, and him saying "delivery guys" sounds almost seamless
I really am honored that they shouted me out. It was super cool hearing on the podcast. I'm glad that you came to check me out in that process. It means a lot. 😄
So, my family and I recently were gifted a brand-new washing machine. My uncle got it for us cause we needed it, but didn't tell us it was from Lowe's. As they're approaching our house, I looked and saw the logo, then immediately panicked and thought "Oh god, it's gonna be Bob's Fridge all over again". I was thinking they'd be doing all kinds of stupid stuff, like, I was expecting them bust open the wall beside the front door, them to drop it on my car somehow, just something obscenely idiotic, but no. I was shocked and appalled to learn that they actually had it delivered and set up with no troubles, no accidents to speak of, all within less than half an hour. Bob has effectively reshaped my entire cognition of Lowe's and appliance delivery so much, that it's genuinely so off-putting to even think about them. Still, I'm glad they didn't do anything stupid.
My favorite part (or rather parts) of the animation is all the shenanigans going on in the background. You have to watch multiple times in order to catch all of them. Like, I hadn't noticed the tiny Walter hangin out next to the balcony during the first fridge delivery until the third time I watched the video. The phone physics were also the highlights for me. I've seen this so many times, and yet Bob putting his entire head into his phone still makes me laugh as hard as I did the first time I saw it 😂
The point Bob brought up, about Lowes hiring outside companies for deliveries & installments, is a very common practice in retail. If the installing company fucks up somehow - say end up breaking whatever you bought in transit or your home gets damaged during the installation - that falls on the installing company, not the retailer you bought your appliance from. And because of that practice, you sure're gonna meet some VERY fascinating people who make you wonder how they make this their living while being as incompetent as they are.
I love the recreation of the events in musical form, it was so funny and captures the whole of the series perfectly haha 🤣 I still can't believe it's been a year since I discovered you due to this animation, and I can really see how much you have progressed over that time, keep up the incredible work 💖
As someone who works at lowes, this is pretty much how our customer service system works. What's even crazier is when we need to call out or talk to a manager, we have to go through the same automated call system
This is an amazing compilation. The animation has deeply enriched the original story, making it 10 time more funny! Thank you, Sir Underbrige, for a outstanding work for our entertainment.
The funniest part was Bob yelling NO ITS NOT! LETS GO!! However, the fridge should have actually been left two hours unplugged standing upright to let the free-on settle and then it can take another half an hour to an hour for the fridge to cool.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked them. The first animations I posted were a recreation of Mark's Meow video but him doing it behind the scenes and Walter pouring a glass of milk.
@@SirWalterUnderbridge since you did videos of Mark's Raft series I think it'd be awesome if you could do videos from The Forest. Like I imagine how hilarious it would be if you Animated that scene where Mark destroyed the whole cabin in their base. 😂
When Bob was talking about the dude giving him" the look of" after he said he wanted a new fridge, youtube decided to go to ad and the ad was for a food delivery service. So to me, who is walking around and doing other things while listening, the audio was "He gave me that look of, and like I know because I've worked jobs like that too, the look of- DINNER, ITS NOT JUST A MEAL" I did a full 180, like WHAT DID HE JUST SAY???
I would love it so much, if the two clowns that Bob is so angry at actively watched or listen to distractible and just throughout this entire story, were like “oh my god oh my gosh, that’s us!”
My brother had told me about the Bob's Fridge animations and specifically mentioned your channel, which is how I found out about this channel. Thanks for making this official compilation!
I’ve worked at Lowes for 6 years and I’m a manager, and when we switched to third party delivery, things got weird. Also, the delivery team should’ve definitely called their boss instead of saying “Call Lowe’s” since they screwed it up. The “call Lowe’s” comment happens a lot, and if the customer calls us with a delivery issue, we basically have to just call their boss. This is a crazier story than I normally see though
Not only am I subscribing, but I already LOVED your videos. I fell in love with them with the Raft Series (still hope things are going better after the content stealers debacle). Your animations are so simple but yet so well animated that it's nostalgic and hilarious. I can't quite put the finger on why they are so. friggin. perfect! I hope this paltry sum helps to support your endeavors, good sir. Love all that you do, and I wish you the utmost best.
WOW! Thank you so much for the Super Thanks! I really appreciate the support. Any amount helps me out tremendously. 😁 The Raft series is one of my favorite pieces of content from the boys. They have so much energy in that series it makes animating it that much funner. I love all the different types of claymation and stop motion projects that have been out for a while. Wallace and Gromit, Robot Chicken, Ceebrity Deathmatch, etc. There is just something special that comes from toy-like things coming to life through animation.
I'll have to say that this is the funniest animation with such a perfect animation style that I don't think other people have made. I've seen almost every animation after i saw Bob's fridge and if you are watching this, i hope you have a nice day!
I deliver appliances for a living, and this story hits me on a personal level. I don't know how Lowes does is. But if there was a dent on the door of the fridge, that door is replacable. Just gotta order the part, and swap it out. I also take great pride it getting the fridge in, with minimal damage to the house or the appliance, and the path of least resistance is usually the best way. Idc what the warning labels say, taking the refer from the side, does not hurt it, in the slightest. Had they done that. They would have missed the bush entirely. As for the water line behind the fridge, if there is no shut off behind the fridge, then chances are it might be under the sink. Hard to say. But I don't blame the delivery guys for not knowing. That's on Bob. What they did wrong was undo it while it was still on. As for the whole taking responsibility part. If I had done a delivery, and it got out of hand in the same way. I'd be fired. What I would have done, and I know Bob told them no, but the front way looks like the safest bet. Fewer obstacles. As for the doors, if it's an old house, the door into the kitchen is probably less then 32 inches. A fridge the size Bob got is not going through there. So what you have to do, is take the refrigerator apart. Remove the doors, hinges, as much as you can. Take it from the side, and I guarantee it would have gone through. If not, then back door. But be extra careful. Then again we wouldn't of had this hilarious story.
Yeah, I agree for the most part but not everyone immediately goes to the thought of checking where every little valve is. For example, whoever did my grandma's house as at least a dozen water valves on the floor in front of the furnace, all mistakes and poorly labelled!! I still have to go through that mess and figure out what is what.
I love how bob goes. "I don't know why they packed it like it needs to be protected" then proceeds to complain about a little dent lol (like I agree with him i just find it funny)
I love how at 27:52 there's that other Woes employee just going back and forth on a unicycle and juggling and stuff, lol. Just in the background while the other guy's talking to Bob.
So, as a longtime associate of Woe's main competitor, Home Despot, when you're stuck in that phone loop say "M. O. D." Also, the shortcut to the store's manager's running around are 501, 502, and 503. You're all welcome. Also, lawyer up when this happens. It WILL happen to you. Not an if, a when.
I like the idea of playing everything out as is was happening so we get moments like, did he climb over the fridge to get to the other side, 17:05 and while he was talking to clown 1 what was clown 2 doing. It was a nice cherry on top of a alright amazing story and animation
this is the first video of yours I'm seeing and I have been laughing so hard at your visual gags! They add a lot to an already incredible story. Great work!
No matter how many times I come back to this. It still makes me so mad that Bob didn't ask for a full refund after the first time and file a civil suit against the company the second.
Ageless, truly. Especially because even if you rewatch these, you get a great story, great animation, and you notice new details you didn’t previously! Phenomenal job, Walt. Seriously.
All of these are so incredibly glorious. I consistently found myself laughing irrationally at every turn, and I loved it. I'm so glad you made your own compilation of them.
31:04 It's a good thing I wasn't drinking anything at this part. Seeing Bob eat his phone out of pure rage mid-sip would have sent me into a red-faced, teary-eyed choking fit that might have required an EMS to come save me, lol.
to animate the ENTIRE podcast scene is dedication, absolute dedication and i admire every bit of it especially the fridge delivery and i think the humor you added to the phone scene was hilarious!!
Honestly both delivery workers for the two groups seem like newly hired employees who had little to no training and just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible especially the second group as they made so many mistakes typically associated with a newly hired employee who has no idea what they're doing
I’m more surprised that the guys that dropped in the fridge didn’t say something like: “hey most houses in a neighborhood are supposedly built similarly. Why not ask the neighbors for help about where would their irrigation system in their house (depending if they even know what that is)”
I'm just.. wow! Words escape me because I'm so tickled by the hilarity and cute factor of it all! Claymation has a special place in my heart, and to have it used to animate my favorite podcast is a dream I didn't know needed to come true! Thank you, sir, for the smiles and joy!❤

*INFINITE DELIVERY!!!*
I love pulling stuff like this in TH-cam!
I found one in an overwatch vid by AndrewJRT that basically makes s brand new joke!
XD
And why is this funny?
Wouldn't have found you without them shouting you out. Very glad they did, Sir
I really am honored that they shouted me out. It was super cool hearing on the podcast. I'm glad that you came to check me out in that process. It means a lot. 😄
Note to self, keep a log of EVERY shut off, valve, exposed pipe, etc. For this very reason. My lord.
I feel so bad for bob, but this is hilarious
One the one hand, that earthquake detector on a gas line is genius.
On the other hand, I'd imagine it's also super inconvenient 😂
Watching Bob throw a bush into the stratosphere was 100% the best part of this video
I love the recreation of the events in musical form, it was so funny and captures the whole of the series perfectly haha 🤣
I still can't believe it's been a year since I discovered you due to this animation, and I can really see how much you have progressed over that time, keep up the incredible work 💖
Thank you so much! 😃 The musical was a good bit of fun for me to make.
the visual gag of Wade pulling the fence in and the delivery guy pulling it back out is so subtly good.
Did you just call Bob, the main person of the video, Wade? Especially cus Wade and Mark are protrayed as the delivery men lmao
You've come a long way since these videos, but still great to see them again.
Thanks! Its been wild. Learned a lot doing these animations.
As someone who works at lowes, this is pretty much how our customer service system works. What's even crazier is when we need to call out or talk to a manager, we have to go through the same automated call system
Bob yeeted that bush so hard holy shit🤣
The best story, with the best animation, all put into one!!! 💜
Thank you so much Delen! Its been fun making them.
I love how you make mark seem more deranged like in RAFT lol where his friends are puppets or whomever is captain has puppets.
Bob's fridge was actually the first videos I saw on your channel. Idk if they were your first videos but these videos were my favorite 😊
So to me, who is walking around and doing other things while listening, the audio was
"He gave me that look of, and like I know because I've worked jobs like that too, the look of- DINNER, ITS NOT JUST A MEAL"
I did a full 180, like WHAT DID HE JUST SAY???
🤣 The ad coming in from left field. lol
I would love it so much, if the two clowns that Bob is so angry at actively watched or listen to distractible and just throughout this entire story, were like “oh my god oh my gosh, that’s us!”
My favorite thing about this story is that virtually every animation of it has Mark and Wade as the delivery guys.
This animation was the perfect fever dream to go with Bob's story about the fridge. Absolute perfection
I have to say, the part where Mark is describing a 'we value your call' recording plus your animation is pure gold!
I love how i clicked on this video and the ad was about fridges, other appliances, and the fact you can return it if its scratched or dented!!
lol 🤣
Bob has quite the patience lol my roommate would of been cussing people out on day 1 😂
*would HAVE
This never gets old, love this 😂
Thanks! 😀
Why is this animation style both the incarnation of my nightmares and the most incredible thing ive ever seen? I love it!
My brother had told me about the Bob's Fridge animations and specifically mentioned your channel, which is how I found out about this channel. Thanks for making this official compilation!
Oh cool! Tell your brother thanks for me. 😎 Spreading the word really helps me out.
@@SirWalterUnderbridge Sure thing! I should also find time to watch your other videos!
@@SirWalterUnderbridge Glad I could help! 😎
@@airmanon7213 Trust me, ur gonna love em!
@@axl1178 I'm sure I will, brother.
I love the little detail of Bob slowly losing more and more hair
31:43 Bob eating his hair had me laughing maniacally!! I am obsessed with the funny little things like that that you add to your animations
Through this whole story, I was thinking “poor Bob”, but at the same time I was laughing my butt off 🤣🤣
I love that through this process as bob gets more and more stressed he just loses more and more hair
Mark and Wade popping out of the phone at 6:19 and 6:28 😂😂😂
This animation is amazing ❤
To be fair to Bob, he literally *just* bought the house the story took place in, so there wasn't really any way for him to know.
Also, the shortcut to the store's manager's running around are 501, 502, and 503.
Great work!
Thanks! Glad you liked the animation. 😁
No matter how many times I come back to this. It still makes me so mad that Bob didn't ask for a full refund after the first time and file a civil suit against the company the second.
I like the part when Bob appears from the phone and said, "What the *#$& do you mean?" Definitely my favorite scene.
Imagine if he just wrote off the dent and just accepted the first fridge...we wouldn't have a beautiful story that never fails to make me laugh
I love how Bob is gradually ripping his hair out as this progresses.
I've watched this hundreds of times by now and it still never gets old
Gotta say, I love the creative animation choices in this video! Just the image of the second delivery guys dressed as clowns is amazing to me.
I now desperately want Bob's Fridge: The Musical to exist.
Holy fuck that recap at the end is just plain HILARIOUS. You did NOT have to do that, but you took the time and it totally paid off! Soooo funny.
Love how the first crew look like normal guys and, how the second crew are clowns
31:04 It's a good thing I wasn't drinking anything at this part. Seeing Bob eat his phone out of pure rage mid-sip would have sent me into a red-faced, teary-eyed choking fit that might have required an EMS to come save me, lol.
to animate the ENTIRE podcast scene is dedication, absolute dedication and i admire every bit of it
especially the fridge delivery and i think the humor you added to the phone scene was hilarious!!
Why not ask the neighbors for help about where would their irrigation system in their house (depending if they even know what that is)”
The stage play summary version at the end is absolute gold. Well done, Sir Walter.
This is an absolute masterpiece, thank you for giving me such pure joy and happiness
42:48 he was better at putting that in the suitcase than the delivery guys were at... delivering
I'm just.. wow! Words escape me because I'm so tickled by the hilarity and cute factor of it all! Claymation has a special place in my heart, and to have it used to animate my favorite podcast is a dream I didn't know needed to come true! Thank you, sir, for the smiles and joy!❤
