      Most condos in Miami do not allow for air bnb however there are some exceptions. Smart brickell for example was designed for air bnb along with a handful of others.

    answer this question for me. Are prices for rent in Brickell comparable to Sunny Isles? Which area is more exclusive? I’m familiar with both areas living in Miami it’s just it seems as though Sunny Isles gets over looked.

    • @stevenvargasmiami
      @stevenvargasmiami  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree. Sunny isles does get over looked in many instances. Sunny isles has some great very exclusive condos that rival and in some cases beat brickell. However with that said you can still find great deals that are more affordable that brickell when looking writhing the average price point. So it really just depends on the type of building/aesthetic your going for. Brickell gets a lot of attention because if it’s walkability and how much it resembles New York etc. Hope that helps.

    • @stevenvargasmiami
      @stevenvargasmiami  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Commission for listing agent and selling agent is paid for by the owner/landlord. I know in New York the tenant or buyer sometimes pays the realtor but that’s not the case in south Florida at least.

      I agree. Check out some of my other videos at a much higher price point they have much better attention to detail and finishes but of course if $1,500 was your budget and you wanted to be in downtown this is probably your best bet

    • @stevenvargasmiami
      @stevenvargasmiami  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tyler6003 it’s honestly due to those moving in from out of state from New York and California. prices here are cheap in comparison so even if they over pay they still consider it a discount and therefore the rents go higher
