    I’ve been doing your workouts for two weeks now and I lost 2kg. And I eat what I really like 👍🏼 thank you ❤️ I also do it with extra weight on my legs and dumbbells. I began to notice that I became more hardy, and if earlier I could only do 20 minutes, now I can do two workouts a day.

      That's wonderful! I'm never on a diet either and manage to maintain my physique doing these workouts. My weight fluctuate depending on how much I eat and exercise 😁

    Ive been sedentary for the past 3 months and FINALLY restarted today.
    Consistency is something I struggle with....
    But I absolutely loved this.

    Workout #3: First I did the 8min bicep & 8min triceps workout on the weekly schedule... OMG just like before this whipped my ass haha... But I did burn more calories this time... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 455 calories... I am so sweaty and I feel so toned... I consumed 32oz of water during this workout... My green smoothie today is spinach power greens flax oil mango banana strawberries blended with water... Tomorrow I will rest since I work tonight... Until then Burpee Girls and Boys stay strong 💪🏼

    I feel like you need a better, somewhat longer cool down. More actual stretching vs moving all the time. It helps a lot . I have had 2 major back surgeries, do easy hikes, and I do have to modify from some of the intense stuff, and I love how they are done. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for sharing them here!

    My only workout today cuz I have alit to do haha... This was a great sweaty one for sure... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 324 calories...

    I had to modify because of my arm but was able to finish it !
    Awesome 👏 workout for that lower body and abs. Felt weird only being able to move my arm just a little. I’m not very coordinated as it is 🤣
    Figured I’d get my lower body worked at least ! Thank you for a fun and effective workout 💕⭐️
