- This Chevy Malibu was the nastiest smoker's car I have ever cleaned. Car Detailing every inch of this car required extreme measures by removing the seats, carpets in order to deep clean them as through as possible, MOLD was also found beneath the carpet... Every step was then followed by a steamer to help clean and sanitize the surfaces and using an ozone machine to kill any bacteria and remove odor from this awesome car. If you want to remove smoke smell from car be sure to pick up an ozone machine. Cleaning a car is one of the most satisfying and rewarding things you can do at home. I’ve said this once before and well you know what follows next. The amount of attention and effort you put into your work is a lot, removing whole carpets and cleaning them underneath not to mention cleaning the vehicle floor afterwards, damn nobody else does that, and I watch other channels too so I know what I’m talking about. I also can’t believe someone would drive in that car with mold in it! That’s very bad. Anyways that was an awesome video!!!! You did it perfectly without leaving a single spec left! In the end it is more satisfying on camera so can’t complain. I’m sure most people do it on purpose. No way so many people can just live so filthy, they probably just do it for the content. I know I would but normally I never let my car get even beyond slightly dirty

I really hope the owner of the car watched this video. Besides the filth the amount of mold in that car was scary. Judging by the mess there had to be kids in the car and for them to be breathing in the mold and cigarette smoke is just not right.
I'm surprised you didn't power wash those carpets. That was disgusting. The blue was so dark at one point i thought it was a blown up pen! Amazing transformation though. Very nicely done..
The blue stuff in the carpet that use the extractor on, looks like the neon blue Gatorade.

Another great video THANKS. You missed 2 main area where the smokers smell may still linger. The headliner and this one you cant clean, the cabin air filter. As an ex-smoker I can tell you the smell doesnt leave the car for a long time. Keep up the freat work!

When cleaning a smoker's car do you do anything to the ceiling, Decades ago I cleaned my parent's truck they were smokers, There was a yellow-brown tinge everywhere. I was lucky the ceiling was painted and no cloth. The film was so bad on the windshield the view was hazy and dangerous.
Folks don't know how much time and effort goes into a clean up like this.

I worked as a custodian for the school board nearly 10 years. Try Zena-Freez for the soft candies or if you’re unsure about the fabric, use mayo. Mayo works well for removing tacky candies and gums without damage.

This was a great clean up - but what the heck was on the dash/doors? I couldn't tell if it was mud or puke. Either way - no way anyone with half a sense of self worth would hand over a car this nasty for someone to clean. Oh and I think it may have been blue raspberry slushy. Great catch on getting the mold out of the back seat. I can't imagine what the owner did that would have so much mold on the seat and on the body under the carpet. Ugh. Hats off to you and your crew for handling this mess and making it turn out great!

Bugger me, I thought my ute was messy but this takes the cake. The blue in the rear carpet looks like Cyan printer ink to me. My son dropped an old magenta printer cartridge and it took 30 minutes to extract the tiny amount that leaked out from our carpet.

Nice to see some Sanford boys doing so well. I lived in the Orlando area for several years and both lived and worked in Sanford for part of that time. I even detailed for Gibson Truck World. I think the blue is probably from a slushy like you guessed, I think there is too much there for it to be Jolly Ranchers.

Not sure which camera you guys use but I noticed the dark scrolling lines running through the clips, if I’m not mistaken this is caused by the color encoding selection on your camera. It should be set to NTSC, but from the footage it appears that yours is set to PAL. Quick switch and it should fix the dark lines!

17:17- WOW, there is so much blue in the floor that i find it hard to be a slushy... it almost looks like dye that was soaked into the floor - ink cartridge maybe? That whole 5 gallon bucket was DARK blue when you purged the shop vac, no way that was a single drink!
