As far as instruction videos go, this is PERFECTION! I just got a '99 LTC and the lights, glass, everything, are old, dimmed, so I was thinking of just replacing everything, and your video makes it look super easy! Subscribed!

THANK YOU...!! This was a great tutorial....had a guy ram into my Lincoln....lamp assembly arrived today so glad this is easy to do thank to your tutorial. I used to be an auto body tech, but that was back in the "80's"...a lot has changed n how ingenious of Lincoln to make it that easy to change out. I had a very bad day today with my dad and lots of fighting but I figured if I helped him change the turn indicator bulb in his car it might smooth things out for a while. I just did the lenses on my 04 Towncar and it's not much different than this. Four clips on that valance instead of two, three screws holding down the assembly, one clip on top in the middle and the clip on one master plug for the whole thing. Maybe 5 minutes per side to swap them out. My problem now is I can't adjust the light high enough. They point at the road right in front of the car and backing out the adjuster doesn't raise them up enough before the adjuster reaches the limit.
Just got a 99 TC and the side light went out. This one is much different from my '91 I used to have. Thanks for the help.

What kind of bulb does it take
I'd hope you of found by now but for those looking... 9007 is the headlight.
But how do you disconnect the blue tabs inside of the main headlight cover?!?
you turn the black part next to the Blue plug. if your having a problem, go to any auto parts store and they will help you.
Should I disconnect my battery first
its always safe to disconnect your battery, so its up to you. I didn't. thanks for your input.
