I don't know why all got reuploaded, but I will use this chance to say I love this video, keep showing it to everyone I know that loves Starsector. Thank you for making this amazing thing.
The Pilot made a community post the other day stating that he was burnt out and stepping away from TH-cam. The reuploads are to get everything in one place (moving these videos back from Pathfinder), to tidy everything up so to speak.
Love your videos, still watch your eltie dangerous reviews all the time. Hope you still make content (and maybe update your line-up with a review of the new ship added to ED :D)
Oh my god please more !! So many juicy vanilla ships. If you ever try the Hound - be it insulated smuggling hauler, dafety overridden and mining blaster clad assault ship, or edficient fuel clad scan runner, ... well, i gave you all the ideas :)
I love the Legion XIV been my first capital ship and I tried many others but none gives me the rush piloting this ship and burn driving into my enemies and destroying them with heavy fire. Btw Use 2 Needlers and 1 twin flak cannons for the medium ballistic slots Rail guns for the small front facing ballistics Vulcan cannon for the rest. Always Built in Heavy armor that's what the XIV passive is for Reinforced Bulkhead for more Hull and always recoverable when taken out of the fight ITC/DTC for extra range. Then for the fighter wings I use Xyphos only they're big and carry a personal shield they also excel at taking out other fighters and incoming missiles and will protect your vulnerable flank removing it's only weak point.
I prefer the needlers and hammer barrage combo. Hammers work better in my experience and cost less, and needlers have that big burst that lets you instakill the big ships along the barrage. The carrier config on the other hand is super flexible, I think you can do whatever there.
I really like modding starsector and playing settler luddites with a massive fleet for secdef. In the far edge during a ai resurgence... So far 30 standard years on a run. Good fun

I miss you making vids man. I hope you are doing alright.
Where you been Pilot? Six months already. We needs more Pilot goodness! o7
Since you reupluaded I gotta repost that I would raid museums for more of these. They are the center piece of my lowtech fleets.
This video is one of two reasons i got into Starsector, the other being Sseth's video. Neither would've done the trick on it's own.
This video got me into star sector
I'm glad this video got reuploaded. It's very well done and shouldn't be lost.

Baller video. Keep them up chief.
Hope you’ve been well man. Any chance of seeing reviews of the new ships coming to Elite Dangerous? That Type 8 looks awesome. :)
I would really love to see a series on the ships in Starsector.

I know it isn't really your thing, but what's the chance of a Starsector playthrough??
