    XIV Eagle looks pretty good after the update actually, has good flux, good shield and has good mobility.
    It can hold its own against anything sub-capital

      Yes, Enforcers was surprisingly good, I never expected them to do so well as a support ship.

    Dude, really good video, and really nice choices with the music. And in reguards to GATE, the music in combination with the JSDF going through the gate was such a memorable moment.
    As for the loadouts, I actually started to use reapers on my ships, since I never really did use them on account of them lacking any sort of guidence. But, they do slap HARD.

      Thanks for the good comment! I'm glad you enjoyed the video since my primary goal is actually to make a cool dakka space battle video, not just a fleet guide. Choosing the right music is a really important part of it, so I put a lot of effort onto it.
      About Reaper, actually Onslaught and Legion XIV are probably the best platforms to use them because they are the only ships who have both ballistic-heavy mounts and forward facing missile 'turrets', which enable them to quickly overload enemy shield and fire Reapers with great accuracy. Unlike fixed mounts like Dominator, turret mounts give far better accuracy to Reapers especially with ECCM. If you watch my previous Hegemony fleet guide video, you would get some more info about them.

      Glad to see a fellow convert. Long range missile support award usually goes to Squalls and Hurricanes on Conquests that like to stay away from the frontlines and provide fire support.
      Heavy but unguided hitters like the Reapers and Prox charges are slapped on ships that like to be up close and personal. Nothing is scarier than an Onslaught burning towards your max fluxed ship with 4 reapers at the ready.

      Sadly, the recent update nerfed Cyclone Reapers pretty hard (it also nerfed Squalls [i]again[/i]). I'm, beginning to think the devs just straight up hate large missiles (Locust also got a nerf, btw).

      @@TK-nn8jd Yeah right, I just got switched to regular Legion at this moment and trying to figure out what I can do with it. Currently XIV variant feel so underwhelming :(

      Yes, actually that is the reason why I made this video. They do some decent job as a support destroyer for larger XIV capitals.

      IVXth Enforcers are the dark horse of Starsector ships.
      Built properly to maximise staying power and sustained firepower; they are really great.
      For 9 DP, they punch up almost as much as a Sunder and are not as delicatem

    I think I might know why the 4 reapers didn't kill the first Nova, it has happened to me that when the missiles/torpedoes are stacked or fired very closely together that the explosion of the first one triggers the others in a chain reaction before they reach the target to deal proper damage.
    Or at least I think that's what happened to me.

      Actually I just found the reason. The moment when second volley of Reapers about to hit the side of Nova, Nova fired Harpoons on it's side and hit the Reaper, then exploded. That explosion also removed the other Reaper, so second volley of Reaper just completely evaporates by result. I don't know if the AI of Nova did it intentionally or not, but anyway it was just crazy.

      Rail also works perfectly well in this setup, and as you said it is better at PD and hull damaging than Needlers. But since I always have used Rails before in my previous build, so I wanted to try something new, and fortunately, Needler works really well too.

      @@-NB7979- yes. though probably(?) work better then rails on the faster enemy ships harassing in and out. also lighter on the flux obviously
