When you prepare all the Arduino uno boards and they are ready to mine, to haver internet Access it should be connected to a computer ? Or isn't needed?

If you somehow make those Arduino chips got internet access, it should work but I'm not sure because i use esp32
for arduino's they dont have any integrated wifi chips meaning they must be connected to a computer in order to mine. however the esp8266 and/or the esp32 have wifi chips meaning you just need to upload the code and supply them with power and theyll mine on their own at all times. (unless your wifi goes down or power loss)
5:36 how do you connect the arduino stack to the internet I haven't seen a network cable, can you get connection from the COM port?
if you connect the computer where you plug in your aduino to the internet your aduino is connected to the internet
@@nickpistorius2573 I haven't tested that, the Arduino should have the proper library to ping/Get/Post a remote web site but actually the ESP32 connects via Wi-Fi - that is what it was built for...(¬‿¬)
@@ronen124 you can't connect the arduino to the internet without a computer or wifi module. so you don't need to ping or somting.

For me ESP8266 ...My miner is ESP8266
arduino has a clock speed of 16Mhz and the esp8266 has a max clock speed of 160Mhz and the esp32 has a max clock speed of 240Mhz.
in conclusion the arduino is the worst machine to mine on.

Do you need a mining pool for this I got like 2.5 MH/s but only received 0.8 Duco mining in 2 days! , I got also like 99% accuracy. Now I shifted to Monero since I can earn more Monero and ROI with it.
how efficient is this setup?
it should be very efficient since it is only an arduino uno that barely uses any power. however id recommend using the esp32 or the esp8266(slower) because they dont require as many usb cables meaning you can power them by soldering some wires onto their 5v and GND pins and leave them running on your wifi netework.

DUCO/Duino Coin is made for fun not profit. however with roughly 10 esp32's you can earn like $0.003 daily. (those are aproximate calculations based on the esp32's hashrate)
It seems that us humans need to invent more and more ways to spend energy for maximum loss.
I mean, you can just put a PSU in parallel over the stacked boards with power injection every few Arduino's and instead of all the wasted USB cables they could all communicate over the same serial port making one Arduino the master of many slaves!
