    I feel the pain of him because i get through this from past 1 year.i own a harrier my car stand in service station for 21days just for a driver side mirror button.it's not a rare part it's daily used part . Now plastic material are starting to making noice 🤦, i live in pune where tata cars and parts are manufactured and i didn't get a service and spares now just think all over india. I also have tata Sierra she is still unbeatable any of new cars of tata.❣️

    If you don't resolve issues on time, these issues piles up, and up and up and up. Even Toyota, suzuki, kia, owners face issues, but they get solved on time. And thus, the car runs fit n fine for years and years. That's the game, solving even the minute problems in the car.

      Nothing gets solved without follow up in India.. in any company anywhere govt.
      or private. They don't feel customer is God.. rather they believe customer is sheep ready to be maimed.. reality of India.

    Iam also having issues with my Nexon XTA+ which i bought in Jan this year. First was battery issue, then the vehicle refused to start. It was in workshop for over a week. Then the alternator had problem for which the car was in workshop for 12 days. The sunroof has multiple issues Within 5 months so many problems. Service is also just average. Although most of the problems have been rectified but the pain of going to workshop everyday to see what is happening can not be explained. Will not buy Tata cars in future and neither do I recommend the same to others. We as customers can't be harrased for just Made In India tag...

    Toyota, Ford are unmatchable in aftersales service. After spending 12 lakhs why should a person even have to face this kind of issues in a new car.

    That's what i have problem with TATA. Their cars are fan-bleeding-tastic but when it comes to service they lack so bad. Have personal experiences too that's why saying such. It's like they are trying to do R&D with customer vehicle 😑 I hope the user here gets his fix soon 🙏

      @Davo 25 I too hope so brother. Service achi hui and Tata number 1 manufacturer ban sakti but kaafi jyada for-granted le lete Tata wale. Koi bhi tata owner car ki burai nai karega jitni Service ki karte. Ab agar apne desh walo ko hi service achi nai denge toh kya kaha jae 😅

      @Davo 25 not denying that bro. Service does vary from stations to stations. But yeh fact bhi socho jis city/area mei Sirf ek hi service ho woh kya karega? Harr baar service keliye bahar city se nai ja sakta na. But majority jagah aise issues aarahe islye keh raha.
      Even maine bhi apni Car lene chahi toh maine Service ke karan hi NEXON and Harrier ka idea drop kiya coz area ki service kaafi poor thi. Seltos own kar raha and aaj tak ek bhi service issues nahi aaye Infact maine jaan bujh kar unse random enquiry kii mujhe 7 followup mile 😅

    even while buying car, Maruti suzuki and hyndai was very keen in selling their car, their dealers reached out to me multiple times... but Tata dealer was hardly interested in selling their car or even giving test drive

    Meri IRA nahi chal rahi thi phir meine apni IRA KI unit hi change karwa li phir IRA is working fine .... serivce advisor ne mujhe bahut support kiya .... but 4 months lag gaye

      @@Bunts05 issue is not with service centers issue is with the products. I feel pitty fir service center owners and workers as they had to deal with such hilariously made cars. Also many tata cars needs some parts replacement within few months of purchase but company doesn't provide the parts to service centers fast enough so that they can release the repaired cars.

    Service issues are only local dealers problem not all over India. I am driving TATA Nexon XZA+ Dark edition from one month. I visited last week service centre for miner issue. And all is satisfactory.
    Don't blame the company only local dealer issue.

    Once i had to wait for 40 min in lounge for a service advisor. The reception lady kept saying to wait for 5 min more. Frustrated i wrote an email to the regional service manager. After that they apologized to me for the wait and paid extra attention and care to my service. They however could not solve the issue with rattles in both B pillars, though it not so noticeable.

    Brothers! If you don't watch the full video, you get half of the information, which is dangerous.
    I already mentioned in the video that not everyone facing the issue, I have not faced any issue from last 4 years but it does not mean that no one is facing the issue.
    Rahul Brother clearly said that he is super happy with the car but service let it down, hence we need improvements. So its not a rumour but the reality, if someone is thinking in one direction then its not the right thing to do.
    I will confirm if Rahul gets any resolution from Tata, thanks for your support!

      I booked an EcoSport in Bangalore. Don't know why I am facing pathetic experience with Ford dealers. Literally, I have to beg for information. Booking se aab tak, sir/madam please respond, please respond kar raha hoon. Kuch pooch ne se I will get back bolte hain and they don't get back. Its very depressing.

    I have seen many reviews of Tata Nexon on youtube and had once been confused. However, I have purchased and gone for the first free service. The product is far above in this price category and the services by TMB Lucknow are the best. Their team responds to every query/problem/concern promptly and arranges to fix the issue. The problem is neither with TATA Nexon nor with dealers. It is problem with some particular dealers and probably dealers should invest in training for their workmen.

      Maruti Hyundai both are well into the public and easy to reach,,,in Hyderabad for every 10-15km you'll find one dealer and authorised service centre

    Hi Rahul Ji, I don't know whether your iRA issues has been resolved or not till now.. I bought new Altroz and had the same issue with iRA application. Later I comes to know that my KYC has not been updated with TATA, after updation iRA is working fine for me..you can also check with dealer whether they submitted your KYC or not..

      Found sensor issue during delivery, had to followup for almost 2 months to get it fixed... Faced several other issues since dec 2019 related to door lock, ignition, software updates, coolant system (severe issue), couple of times got stuck in a highway with no support from Tata RA. As explained in video, I also have same opinion about the service. Never received satisfactory RCA from the engineers.

    I too have Nexon bs6 and Tiago bs6... I love both of them and would say in my city service experience so far hasn't been worst but yes still some issues are there...Like my engine oil was getting leaked in my Nexon 1st when and I went there they said something lame which I don't exactly remember but fortunately the leak was stopped then the lockdown, etc after the lockdown when I started driving again got the same issue again and this time they said that the seal of the oil pan was torn and the part was changed... The delay could have seriously damaged my car but was lucky enough that finally they did what was required and now am having one weird problem with the Tiago that is when even I am rotating the steering wheel, it makes an annoying sound for which I will go to service center tomorrow and I hope this time my problem gets solved in the 1st time itself. Also Tata should improve there headlight quality man high beam is awesome but the low beam is horrible and the fog light seems to be just a show off/gimic.

    It has one life threathening issue that the engine may get locked in the middle of driving when water gets inserted in one of the four wheel sensors. It happened with me for once . I have diesel xzs model.

    Okay just trying to understand as I have checked and compared this on 3rd party websites, IRA does not come with XZ+ rather with XZ+ (O)
    Optional is the top model with IRA, Rain sensing Vipers and Automatic headlamps.
    If I am incorrect and Tata does provide IRA in XZ+, then please let me know.

    Also problem with sunroof .it's not close properly. When I push button to close but not close.when I contact dealer his totally staff try to solve that problem but doesn't solve after whole day all tired workers tell me please put your car for 1 day.but I haven't time to put and I will go to village so you tell that trick I also try before you.

    Fuse is to used to stop over current, for 15 A it got burned so that's why the used 20 A, that means it can sustain current upto 20A, but make sure to use within 15 A only as only fuse is 20 A not the whole wiring.

    Its more about dealer. My few friends have nexon and they are super happy with the product and with services too.
    In fact if I will tell you my experience with Suzuki, then please read this.
    I have Ciaz and I bought it from Bagga link, Patparganj, Delhi. The most pathetic service and they didn’t even provide subsidy benefit on Ciaz hybrid when I bought it in 2015. That time there was a subsidy of 13K, which in the name of free accessories they exhausted, and when I got to know they and compliant, they gave me freebies. Moreover bcz of their pathetic services, once even the CEO of Bagga links met and explained things.

    Do not understand why Tata is not appointing more dealers and service centers. In Kerala one single dealer manages 2 to 3 nearby districts. Since there is no competition dealer knows customer will come to them.

    Tata customers are very supportive, kind and emotionally attached to their cars and the brand. Tata is very lucky in that respect.

    I agree with you sir. I bought the first gen but since brand new lot of defects In the car . Service center refuse to fix issues despite repeated visits. At last I had to source parts n fix it myself. They focus only on looks but not quality of product nor do Tata services value their customer . Once sold they will test you as shit.

      @@harshit7747 I went to SC last week, they fixed Piller sound...it was actually rubber beeding sound from door.
      For one sound it was from seat belt lock, they are replacing it under warranty. Rest issues remain intact.

    Recently my friend's new 2 months old Ford top but next variant has started giving issue of start stop button issue and the workshop could not resolve the issue and now they sent it to Chennai plant for indefinite period and in return offered Rs.800 per day for taxi against receipt or bill. So its happening with other manufacturers as well. Very unfortunate. Thanks

    1. Service people lost his mechanical key
    2. Service people put/left few stains in the interior
    3. Sunroof makes 1 second extra sound after closing
    4. Rear seat charging point stopped working, but resolved by service people
    5. IRA app not connected
    6. Extra locking system is not fitted properly
    He recommends the Nexon, but service should be improved
    That's it guys, save time

    I drove Ford ecosport from 2014..In 2019 a serious problem was found in my steering .. Steering was false for moments due to power insufficiency.. Faced a minor accident also.. Then I arrived at Ford service center.. Then they kept the car and also recognised the problem.. The executive told me that the total steering set up has to be changed and it may cost around 82000/-.. I then was so embarrassed.. The executive suggested me to mail Ford India telling the details.. As my warranty was expired but my car ran just about 30000 km.. And for all of you I assure that total steering set up was changed free of cost and also the previous set up I found in my boot when I received the car.. It took around 15 days.. Right now I have decided to continue with a new ecosport again selling my previous one..

    The very reason I chose Ecosport. I was confused between Nexon and Ecosport last year and was about to buy Nexon. But my neighbor and a college friend suggested against it as they were suffering the same. Reduces your peace of mind.

    Bought XZA plus S on 20th last month. Have following issues so far.
    1. There is too much noise coming from front right side, just like someone put tool box under bonnet.
    2. Agreed Xpress cool doesn't work as expected, even if your car is under scorching sun for long, it works only if your car has not started for at least 2 hours. Video already sent, no response yet.
    3. On full rotation of steering wheel, there is loud noise coming, just like someone opened iron rusted gate.
    4. Automatic wiper doesn't run properly, even in heavy rain it didn't wipe, switched to manual.
    5. Agreed, another point mentioned in video about cleanliness, on of mechanic made my brand new car dirty like, hopped in car with grease and oil laden shoes and hands.
    Going service center tomorrow, fingers crossed.

      Why am I not surprised!!! Tata makes great cars but the service quality has always been a contentious topic ever since the indigo. In fact it's a well known fact that JLR customers in the UK were unhappy after the takeover by the Tatas. Don't get me wrong, i am a very big fan of the tata group but we cannot close our eyes on such a major thing as after sales service. This video only reinforced my belief

    For IRA has your KYC been updated by the dealer? If not get it done asap. After the KYC updation is done IRA will work in 48 hrs.

    Even I am also so bother and worried about my TATA Nexon Facelift since I purchased my car From Jan 2021 and till July 2021, I have faced n number of issues and that too my car just covered 7500. But the best part was they listen up to my issues and worked over them and resolved successfully but for this I have to spent or wasted alot time with the service center, customer care and dealership. But again the main part I have lossen my confidence & trust over the car and TATA that how it will perform in future long run. I think as per my experience still TATA needs to work more related to product manufacturing and after sales services like they focus over build quality and safety.
    Ridiculously Amazing, if you want we can meet up somewhere and I can share my experiences till now with my TATA Nexon.

    Thanks a lot. I felt unprofessionalism when i just talked to them to explain some features of a particular variant over the others. I loved Nexon when i sat inside but feels bad that i should not select it. If they can lose keys, 5 star safety ratings are all left on us then.

    Owner ne sahi baat boli piece of mind nhi rehta Tata ki gadi lene ke baad. Mene Wagon R bech ke Tiago AMT li thi bas 2 baton ke liye ek build quality aur dusri AMT hogi toh wife chala legi but day 1 se gadi me problems hai.
    1. Gadi ki battery ka ek cell udd gya do saal me jab ki gadi regular use me thi company me battery replace nhi hui kyu ke 18 months hi warranty hoti hai battery pe.
    2. Fuel lid ka kharab ho jana day 1 pe hi. Har bar fuel bharte time gadi se utar ke chabi tirchi fasa ke fuel lid open karna padta tha 😂 Now fixed
    3. Steering column se screws bahar padte hai chalti gadi me ek ya do mahino me 😂. Now fixed but Very very poor quality check .
    4. Front bonet lock kharab ho gya day 1 me. Doston ko new gadi dikha rha tha engine khola but baad me bonet band kaha ho rha bhai sahab. Sare dost hasne lage. Now fixed but It was an Embarassing situation 🙄😂
    5. Battery replacement + Normal 4th servicing ka 17000 ka bill bana diya. Yahi kaam mene khud ne bahar se battery kharid ke gadi me lagwayi aur Sirf servicing showroom se karwayi do tin unnecessary cheeze hata ke toh kharcha bas 7500 aya (battery + servicing).
    6. Ab AC me issue aa rha hai cooling kar nhi rha jyada bas fan chalta rehta hai. Service center walon ko bataya tha unko rectify hi nhi hua. Ab ek weekend me time nikal ke ye issue bhi bahar ke mechanic se karwana padega 🙄
    7.Har bar service center pe gadi leke jata hoon toh awaj unchi karni hi padti hai. Every Service center have Lazy environment like govn office. No proper resolution of issues until you pitch your voice high. Preference is given to ppl owning harrier, safari. Aap ke pass harrier hai apko gadi 2 ghante me mil jayegi service karke without an appointment and aap choti gadi leke jaa rhe ho with appointment still you will be treated as trash 🙄 Nano walon ke sath kya karte honge I can't imagine 😂. Aur ye har service center ki kahani hai 3 service center change kar diye mene.
    Wagon R mene 5 saal rakhi Zero issues Pune to Mumbai 150+ km up down on every weekend plus weekdays daily 50km driving with piece of mind. Ye gadi leke jane ke liye wife darti hai na iss se long trips karne ka mann karta hai. Na jane kaha raste me band pad jaye. Bitter but its truth sirf loha jyada dalne kuch nhi hoga 🙏

    I booked the car in march and nexon was my dream car. But now till now i haven't got my car yet 😂😂. And researching in these 3.5 months i found that services of the nexon is what letting me down. What to expect after not getting a car after 3.5 month of booking it. Same will be their for thier in future. After spending 11 lakhs i don't wanna to buy headaches. Thats why i booked FORD Thanks tata for giving me ample amount of time for correcting my mistake.

    It's true that Tata lacking in service... But it's totally depend on city to city SC...
    In faridabad, tata SC is really good.... I also faced many issues n they always rectified it.....

    2. Improve the service centre network and organize various programmes based on after sales....
    3. Better service quality

    I really like this car but the service reviews are bothering me to buy it. We really deserve good service. Tata should not take Indian customers for granted.
