    जिस शोरुम वाले ने इस फौजी भाई के साथ विश्वासघात किया है उसका लाइसेंस टाटा से निरस्त होना चाहिए अन्यथा लोग टाटा मोटर पर विश्वास नहीं कर पाएंगे सम्मान के साथ फौजी भाई को न्यू गाड़ी उपलब्ध कराई जाये।

    फौजी साब आपकी बात बिलकुल सही है अपने मेहनत से गाडी खरीदी है आपको बिलकुल अच्छी गाडी मिलनी चाहिए
    *मुझे बस इतना कहना है की इस मे टाटा की कोई गलती नही है जिस शोरूम से अपने गाडी खरेदी है गलती ऊस शोरूम वाले की है जिसने आपको गलत गाडी दि है*
    असल मे होता क्या जब कोई गाडी लोडिंग अलोडिंग करते समय गिर जाती है या लाते समय उसका एक्सीडेंट हो जाता है ट्रायल के समय हो या इस दौरान ऊस शोरूम के लोग इसको हेर फेर करके थोडासा मॉडीफाय कर देते है और ठीक करके किसी ना किसी के गले उतार देते हैं गलती शोरूम वाले की है इस्मे हम टाटा को दोष नही दे सकते है और में आपका समर्थन करता हु की आपको नही गाडी मिलनी चाहिए जो उस शोरूम की जबाबदारी हैं

    I have seen such complaints against Tata motor dealers in plenty. If this is the case with Tata how can we depend upon other Indian products. That's the reason why we Indians opt for foreign products irrespective of their prices. Respected Ratan Tata sir must take his personal attention in such serious cases so that his staff could not dupe him.

    If the dealer is ignoring an Indian soldier and trying to cover up the car's defects, imagine how he will treating normal car buyers. TATA motors should seriously look into this matter, bcoz this is not an isolated case. Every second dealer of TATA does the same thing...

      It's is concerned upto a particular dealer and the dealer has to sell a product with atleast profit not in loss . This is a matter of selling a damaged new car to a soldier who s not aware of such experience.

    Bhai ji mai bhi fauji hu. 2 minute ke ander gaadi change hoti. Lekin uske liye agency jana padta hai. Ghar baithne se nhi ji. 2013 mein vipul motor faridabad se swift li thi, hamne unko bola ki sir Kuchh apni taraf se bhi laga do. Toh wo log har baat mein ye hi kah rahe the ki csd mein ham kuchh nhi lagta. Aapko itna fayda ho raha hai ye kam hai. Hamne kaha ki thik hai. Jab wo gaadi handover karne aaye toh pooja ke liye mithai aur nariyal lekar ladki bhi aayi. Bola sir aaiye photo lete hai. Hamne kaha bhai ye csd ki gaadi hai pooja bhi ham ghar pe kar lenge bas Tu chabi de de. Aur kal aayenge ab raat ke 9 baj rahe hai jane de. Kal hisaab karenge ki canteen se kya kya milta hai aur kya nhi. Ye government ne tax maaf kiya hai tumne nhi. Aur iske liye gharbaar, pariwar sab chhodna padta hai. Koi ahsaan nhi kar raha tu mere upar. Dusre din Sari details nikali aur transportation charge 6700/- wapas kiya. Gear lock lagaya. Mats dale aur maafi bhi maangi.     I also purchased Tata Nexon XM(S) through CSD at Prayagraj. Same day it is noticed that indicators are working intermittently. I told this matter to dealer,he suggested to go to Tata motors servicing center for servicing. During first servicing I told regarding this matter, they understood the problem. They tried to rectify it but could not do it, and suggested to leave the vehicle for rectification but I was not in position to leave the vehicle. During second servicing I told the same and left vehicle for one week . They identified the problem and demanded the new item i.e. BCM. After two week item was received and replaced but problem is remain same. Still they are discussing the problem with their technician and unable to provide solution.

      I also have same issue, my tata nexon has check airbag lights on and engine locked error displayed intermittently, service centre is unable to find a solution. Go for a reliable brand

    Bhai ..what u are saying is right... Yeh issues bahut hai Tata motors mein .. Hyundai and Maruti is very professional and you won't find chindigiri ...fit and finish issues with them . Its very Sad that our Indian brands are lagging behind in quality check . I had Hyundai ..i also opted for Tata just to support Tata Motors make in India .. but it really is a serious concern.

    Being an indian it is our duty to support every indian product to expand more n more but in the same time my money is my money n i earn in a very honest n hard way ( para military force), i dont mean every thing but it is very hard to trust indian product....... Thats why recently i bought renault triber and by God's grace till now i am very happy and satisfied with my TRIBER.

      Sir ji how is it on hills. I travel a lot solo. My last trip was from Mumbai to kargil army base (as u can see on my channel). Safari was old more than 10 years so sold it due to ncr issues . How is triber. Did u buy manual or automatic ?
      Is it underpowered ?

    That's why I got my i10 exchanged with new Baleno Alpha, never considered Altroz or Nexon. Tata cars have niggles and it's engines are below par (not Fiat sourced engines).

      Lol, there is nothing wrong with dealer, all tata cars comes with bad fit and finishing that's true, accept it. Paint quality is not that nice what is should be on joints and small places.

    These types of scams are very common at Tata dealers and even Tata's employees are involved in it, I faced similar issue with Tata Safari where initially they refused to accept any issue and later on after legal threats they finally agreed to refund all the amount.

    Paint thickness varies on inner body and outer body panels, that's normal for any car. But some beadings and plastic gaps are surely out of line.
    The showroom should correct all faults to the satisfaction of the customer. No question about it.

      Paint thickness varies but every brand and model has a normal range as the pain job is done by robots so it's fairly consistent. However, in case of a repaint the thickness is way more than other panels as original paint is not completely removed before repainting.
      Tata cars usually have a range around 80 to 100. Premium brands are usually around 200

    I am seeing this review in end of Nov 2024, and my family( father ) is from INDIAN ARMY family served for Nation for 20 years in INDIAN ARMY, My father was thinking to buy a TATA Car in 2025 but i saw many videos of TATA newly launched car and their Services, showroom dealership and other aspect but now I changed my mind to buy some other company CAR because the TATA has lost the trust of many Indian customers and purchasing a NEW CAR is lots of investment of money, time hard work, Maintenance and many more, EMI and NEW CAR is a part of family... It's very sad to digest by seeing this video . Thank you for sharing Video to open the Eyes of TATA CAR reality....

    I was planning to buy my next car from Tata and it seems its a wrong choice. Although it could be from a showroom but these are huge companies who have their quality controls in place at each delivery place. If they are failing at one, they might be failing at many. Trust is broken

    Me and my 2 known brought Tata cars, and we all have great experience with our cars, I am driving Nexon from past 3 yrs. Very happy with everything, even my known ones are having great time while driving tata.

    This is an accidental unit which has been repainted and repaired. It has been palmed off by the dealer to the poor customer, in this case.
    Complaint to Tata Management immediately. I have seen a lot of such manufacturer & dealer complaints off late, for Tata products. Also since he is a fauji, a consumer court case needs to be filed immediately, for quick redressal

      @@car_dot_er Such videos are a real eye opener. Very few videos show such harsh reality. Thanks for sharing. I will watch out for your other videos as well. If TATA wants to get this video deleted it is a huge disgrace for them. Ideally they should be working on the problem not hiding it. This is not an indication of a good company. I am saddened that they did this with an army man.

    This is a serious case of cheating. You can get in touch with tata motors directly. There can be two cases 1, It is an accident vehicle repainted from local garage and then delivered, or the dealer has given a test vehicle to customer. Right from booking of the car there is a VIN (vehicle identification number) allotted to the customer. It is not like two wheeler where you get any VIN no vehicle. Ask for all records from tata motors. There have been such cases even in bigger luxury brands in India.

      Tata ke upar bharosha karke mai bhi Altroz liya tha. 1 saal ke andar rust issues , steering problem & aur kuch major problems aa gayi. Service Centre bhi itna kharab hai ki kuch thik nhi kar paaya. Kya faida itna heavy gaadi leke, jab aadha din Service Centre me pade rahe. Finally usko bechke Maruti liya. 8 months ho gaya, itna smooth hai aur koi bhi problem nhi aayi abhi tak. Bekar ka Deshbhakti dikhane ke chakkar me achha khasa paisa barbad ho gaya. 😭
