Alex, I don't think you need to "make improvements" to your videos, because a lot of your channel's appeal is the approachability of it. It's like you are having a one on one conversation with us and I don't get nervous about trying things that you suggest. But what do I know about growing a YT channel...nothing.
Alex your food item should be a horseradish especially after the spiel you did about horseradishes in one of your videos. I thought it was funny and I also like horseradish (sauce) on my sandwiches.
