Lisianthus is a cool flower for fall if you are in the right
    growing zone.

Can we get away with a second set of plugs (group 3/4) Lisianthus in July in the NEK Vermont?

Hi there! It depends on your soil temps. Bailey started all of his Lisianthus by bumping them up until the ground was workable in the tunnels. You need soil temps to stay under 55 degrees for about 4 weeks after transplant to avoid rosetting.
