Hey! I‘m from Southern Germany and I love to hear that people are interested in European culture, food, landscape etc. You should definitely go to Germany as well! People often just think of Germany‘s past history and its major mistakes, but we got much more to offer! Big cities I would recommend are Hamburg, Munich and Cologne! And of course Berlin, simply because it’s our capital city :) If you enjoy the countryside more, definitely pay a visit to either southern Germany (like the black forest or the alps, Lake Constance) or Northern Germany (North Sea/East Sea, Sylt)! Lil funfact: We got more castles in Germany than McDonald‘s restaurants! Most of them are super impressive and romantic! Besides that, I really love your build and will definitely play in it with my current legacy challenge! Lots of love 🌞💕
Yes! Germany is another big place on my bucket list too. I love all the castles you guys have there and all the small idyllic villages. Looks like something out of a fairytale. Also love German food! Reminds me a bit of a Polish food, which I grew up with.
I am 60 and live in Scotland. I too love DevonBumpkin and Whiny Brit. I have been playing since the original game but Sims 4 is the first one I have used mods for cos it is a bit bland without. I am so grateful for builders who make properties from around the world. Isambardy is a great British builder and a very sweet girl much like yourself. I very much enjyed your video and have subscribed for more. I hope you realise your dreams soon and get to visit Europe and the UK it will blow your mind! xx

Sims 3 was the best. Open world color wheel. It looked more realistic. It had its glitches but it was so great . The grid was more up to size. I always thought if they took sims 3 and added the good things of sims4 it would make a fantastic game. I also would like it if they put it back on disk and not have downloads
I never played Sims 3 but it sounds fantastic! Hopefully Sims 5 will be a blend of both. I want that color wheel lol 😂
Maybe it’s because i am old but sims 2 is my favourite even after twenty years it still manages to entertain me gameplay is such a bliss and you can see it's a passion project and not ea being greedy lol.

This is such a sweet estate! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a console speed build before. I had no idea how the console version really worked, it’s better than I thought it was for sure 😂. I never played any of the earlier sims games, never even heard of them till Cats and Dogs released for TS4, and it’s been my fav game ever since! I’m from little ol’ New Zealand and love seeing worlds that are super different from where I live. My favs are Strangerville, Sulani, and Selvadorada, but Henford is so cute too. Lovely build, can’t wait for the next!

41:30 What an amazing build! I’m more gameplay-oriented, but as they release more build & clutter content and I watch creators like you, I’m investing more in creating builds that have a more lived-in feel. It’s just so time-consuming and I’m so impatient to play with my Sims. 😆
I agree! Sometimes I’m more interested in gameplay, especially when there’s a new pack or a new family I just made. But still, building is #1 for me 90% of the time 😂

such a beautiful home I have downloaded it but have not explored it in game yet so excited to do so. simsie plays her legacy building a new house for each generation on the same lot, all 8 gen of mine has always stayed in the same family home full of memories and family moment's it gets redecorated and updated but is still the same home
Yeah I’m thinking of moving my legacy family out here and there, but still keeping this house as their main home. And just updating it as I go, kind of like a real house lol
There’s treats you can buy or make to make your dogs age down I believe. Like if you’re seniors they’ll go to adult dogs and adult dogs would turn into puppies
But there has to be a mod or something you could download to have them stay young forever or something..
I’d want a world that looks like Switzerland, it’s beautiful there and reminds me of Breath of the Wild

Lol, so you’re in the same boat as me! Yeah the build controls in Sims 4 are way more intuitive than the previous games I think. But roofing is still daunting lol.

Oh and i also %100 would LOVE a pack that allowed me to take my sims to the opera and museums!! That sounds amazing! Plus going to museums in real life is literally one of my favorite things to do, like i love them so much! Lol (those and libraries)🖤 whenever i go to a new place like big city or another country that's the first thing i do is go to the museums and join tour groups to go see all the historical stuff around me, cuz i want too see EVERY SINGLE historical site & thing possible! and omg id also kill to go see an opera in real life! Are u kidding me!!?? But idk maybe thats weird or lame kinda lol i am 31 now so maybe im not so up to date on whats "cool" anymore. But that sht was always cool to me even when i was a teenager i still LOVED and preferred doing that kinda stuff way more than your " average teen" lol so maybe ive just always been uncool..which is cool with me😎 lmao
I’m the same way! Museums, plays, operas (I’ve never been to one) are such a great way to experience the culture of the city or country your visiting. I’m also obsessed with anything historical! It’s so fascinating to me how people lived so long ago. That’s why Europe is so interesting. They have so much history there, especially compared to the US, which is so young. I also think they have a better appreciation of their history there too
Hope you get to travel soon, I understand your excitement. I'm from Sweden and until last year I had never travelled out of Europe, but now I've been to Asia twice. Have yet to visit the US, but hopefully within the next couple of years.

You can buy these bars at the vet clinic for keeping your dogs alive. Also there is a treat buyable there to make them younger again!

@@intelligentfly Yes! Check out the Nando Romance in France mod. I am excited to see what you create for it! AnnaFler made a neat Notre Dome that just needs cc gargoyles to be perfect and I like the Parisian Bakery Simsphony created that I put in my game as a cafe.
This is honestly so impressive. I once tried to become a builder but that dream was pretty quickly ditched, so it's remarkable how you've stuck with it and so well. Also, some of the English countryside is cool but trust me it gets pretty boring after you've seen your seven hundredth muddy field in a row😅 although this perfectly captures the aesthetic of old England manors so you nailed it!!

this build is so beautiful! i'd love to make this a family home for my current generation challenge that i'm playing, but i've always liked playing in smaller homes. i just don't know what to do with all the space and extra rooms most the time :/
i 100% agree that there should be a Parisian-themed pack. i do know of a mod that changes the world of Magnolia Promenade to Paris with the Eiffel tower (i don't have the mod but from what i've seen its gorgeous) ^^

Yeah the rules seem kind of convoluted when you look them up online, but basically, no cheats and $1,800 to start.

Loved the build and your voice over is so enjoyable.
One thing though, England *is* a part of Europe lol, the UK is on the island of Great Britain, which is very much a part of Europe. Leaving the European Union (which is mostly just an economic and legislative alliance in the first place) doesn't mean scooting off from the continent lol, otherwise Norway or Switzerland wouldn't be part of Europe either which isn't really sensible.
I know lol. Generally, here in America, when we refer to England, we say it’s in the UK. Not sure if that’s common in the rest of the world, but that’s what many do here. I know the UK is in the continent of Europe. 😂

@@intelligentfly Oh that's so neat! I love hearing this sort of stories. My ancestors were Crimean Tatars (Turkic-speaking people from modern-day southern Ukraine) and Germans/Frenchmen (unclear) in addition to Poles. Migrations make this world such an interesting and diverse place, don't they?

They won’t fix the build mode on console if people keep saying they getting used to it, I’m on console and I’m still struggling to build..every after 10 minutes I have to get out of build mode and go back because the touch pad stopped working properly..meaning I can’t select things only can select limited things.
You’re 100% correct, although, I don’t think they’re going to fix it even if we keep complaining tbh. It really does suck though, I have to keep restarting my game because it becomes basically unresponsive.
