I was a vegetarian for 15 years practically vegan and lost several teeth. Was slim with no muscle even though I was at the gym constantly. I’ve been carnivore 3 years now. Best move I ever made. I put 4 lbs on and gained muscle. Feel healthy and have got rid of all inflammation. Great content.

Waking up to all of this is really scary. You can't even really talk to anyone about it because they will think you are nuts. My Dad is a vegan and he's pretty much stopped responding to my emails since i told him I was trying the carnivore diet and it was really helping out with my issues. Instead of being happy for me he just lost interest in talking to me.

Same here, my mother is very stubborn, buys the low fat yoghurt, always says 'don't eat too much meat', puts very little salt on everything because of blood pressure bla bla. Just sad. But she also fell for the jab, even after me warning her multiple times not to take it. I have learned to let go and just go with the flow, but it was/is not easy.

Hey, I'm Jonathan Griffiths, a 29-year-old with a BSc in Human Nutrition from Bournemouth, Dorset. My journey as an amateur bodybuilder has been unique due to a fused spine from a rugby injury at 14 and my Autism. Despite these hurdles, I've found incredible success on the carnivore diet over the past four years, after other pain relief methods failed. I have since competed twice as a carnivore bodybuilder, with my recent showing on June 2nd 2024 where I placed first against an extremely competitive line-up.
Meanwhile, I have had my spine fused in 2022, and various procedures to try and reduce the pain I am in. I am currently primarily a body composition coach in the carnivore community and have helped hundreds of people to reach their goals. The carnivore diet is my only option to try and thrive, and I love it!
My diet mainly includes beef, salmon, chicken, eggs, cheese, milk, and butter. I avoid fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds, oils, and sugars. I drink water, coffee, and bone broth. No calorie counting here, just focusing on around 350 grams of protein and fat each day for the past 4.5 years.
In the beginning, I lost 5 pounds and felt a surge in energy, focus, and calmness. I woke up refreshed, with no cravings or GI issues. My workouts stayed strong, with better muscle pumps, vascularity, and faster recovery.
The diet eased the pain and stiffness in my spine, giving me more freedom and comfort. It reduced my need for medications and improved my autism-related symptoms, like anxiety and mood swings. My social skills and communication also got better.
Blood tests before and after the diet showed my liver and kidney damage from a virus had healed. My blood markers such as liver and kidney functions were normal, with no nutrient deficiencies or hormonal issues.
This diet has been eye-opening, challenging many common dietary beliefs. I've learned that meat is highly nutritious and satisfying, and plants aren't essential or particularly beneficial for me. This is especially relevant given the genetic and metabolic traits seen in people with autism.
I've stuck to the carnivore diet, with occasional treats like 'Hot Pot' and Korean BBQ, which I can cook myself at restaurants. On my TH-cam channel 'Carnivore Muscle,' I share my carnivore lifestyle, training tips, nutritional advice, and recipes, building a community of fellow carnivores and inspiring others to try this way of life.
I fully recommend the carnivore diet to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and well-being, especially fellow bodybuilders and those with spinal conditions or autism. In my view, it's the best way to enhance both body and mind. 💪🥩🚀

Your diet may healthy, but your lifestyle is clearly not. Bodybuilders don't have good overall health or even functional fitness. Bodybuilding is not about health optimization, it's all about vanity, which is ironic, because to most of us, that kind of body looks ridiculous. You're in no position to advise people on the best way to enhance their bodies or minds. You need to work on your own, and ask yourself why you feel the need to look so unnaturally muscular.

It's very rich and a great palate cleanser after eating salty meat. It's also apparently not available in all countries, so mixing double cream with regular plain yogurt would be a good substitute. It's my favorite dessert!

About the part of the vegan having his teeth falling apart, I went to the dentist the other day and learn something interesting (another proof that the standard diet is not appropriate) : the dentist told me we need to remove the wisdom teeth because they are useless. I asked him why ? We have them, it can’t be useless. He replied that’s because our diet has changed.
Then I suddenly realised that these teeth are useful if we eat what we are supposed to, like our ancestors. They didn’t eat all these grains, plants, sugary food. They ate meat. The standard diet is not appropriate for our health and even our teeth !

The anti-oxidant properties of tumeric were misunderstood. The level of anti-oxidant in our system/blood/whatever does rises when we eat tumeric, because our body is fighting off the toxic that is in tumeric...
So basicaly, you force your system into fighting toxin, by poisonning it just a little...
For all i know, unless they do very deep and find strong evidence of it. All plants that are known for their anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, are exactly the opposite and the anti-oxidant measured is 100% endogenic...

I'm going from SAD and working my way towards carnivore. When she mentioned the eat well..my plate depending where you are from.. Told her I'm good have that covered and eating in a way in which she'd warm me against. There was no insane push back from her.. I only said next year one of two things will happen.. I'll be worse off than I am today or in better shape. We'll find out next year..

      @Audioremedy0785 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

@ but I think that’s the point. The narrative arch of this video is that it’s a result of the vegan diet. But it’s not. It’s a result of, most likely, a high sugar diet. I had a vegan friend who lived off sweets and chips. They had terrible teeth, but it’s nothing to do with them being vegan. It’s just that they had a bad diet.

the meat/eggs/dairy portion of the supermarkets here in Australia is quite small, maybe 1/5 to 1/4 of the overall 'food' section. The rest is brightly coloured, sugar filled, over processed shit. I don’t think you really understand what vegan is… it’s about making the most ethical choice based on what’s available. So in that scenario, they could justify eating an animal. Ironically though, 99% or ‘carnivores’ would die in the same scenario given humans complete lack of desire and ability to hunt other wildlife. That’s why you guys get your meat from the supermarket.

Way too much logic mate - I've found that trying to convince people of logic is a fool's errand - unfortunately it seems to be the way the average joe blogs is. It's so obvious that it's impossible to understand why people believe that vegetables and fruit are "essential' (most people don't understand the term essential) and even more impossible to understand how people fill their shopping carts with all the crap they do then feed it to their kids! But they do - that says it all I'm afraid. PS another excellent video.

I walked into the grocery store after being released from the matrix, I saw a 2 year old in a shopping cart. She had a long green bean in her hand from the produce section where her mom was shopping and she was putting it in her mouth. The child gave a very sour or bitter expression. She pulled it out of her mouth, thought for a second, and then continued to suck on it (despite the bitterness). I could now see the seeds of the green bean , of the matrix raining down, being im-planted in our young. The child could taste the poison and yet still ate it because that is what was presented.
I had to save the child. While the mom looked away, I grabbed the green bean and began running down the aisle! All of a sudden, men in suits wearing sunglasses came from out of nowhere and began chasing me ! Kidding, luckily a voice said "don't you grab that green bean , agents will come for you"

Got into a bit of a kurfuffle with a FB commentator, who was trying to defend a particular fried chicken fast-food restaurant in the U.S. (Chik-fille) over other fried chicken fast-food restaurants (Kentucky Fried Chicken; Church's Fried Chicken) because, at least Chik uses Peanut Oil in frying, and the others use Seed Oils. I said I wasn't impressed, and listed those oils & fats preferred by Keto-Ketovore-Carnivore dieters. He replied that Peanut Oil is still better than the more common Seed Oils, which he may have a slight point there, but I decided to "agree to disagree", I didn't carry it further. Besides, I didn't remember what made Peanut Oil a 'non-starter' with Keto/Carnivore dieters. I think it had something to do with being a legume, and some people are sensitive to some protein or enzyme in legumes.
