Korean food aren't that salty compared to indonesian food. If Maximum intake of sodium is 2gr and korean average intake is 4gr , i believe indonesian average intake 10 gr.

Hmm she has the same issues with me lol. I LOOOVE spicy and salty foods. But, that much sodium is bad for her blood pressure. Especially, since her food seems to be mostly cooked from heavily processed ingredients. And, the body also retain so much water afterward to balance the sodium in her body. Once she learn how to cook smartly (for example using lime juice or celery as seasoning substitute to trick her sense of taste into thinking that it’s salty), she would lose her weight drastically as an added bonus.
I lost 40 lbs by doing that..

She has the same problem with me, i also really like strong flavor so i everytime i eat i always add salt on my rice.. i always try various ways to lose weight but nothing works. But its turn out that sodium is my problem. I just realized today. Thanks.

You can also change your cookware to pure stainless steel 316Ti. Non stick pans and other forms react with heat when cooking and tend to leach into the food, so most times we end up adding extra salt than we should have. With a stainless steel cookware, the original sweetness of the food you cook with a little salt added, is retained. You will end up using less salt. I used to have swollen feet due to salt intake and changed my cookware. Now, i use less than a quarter teaspoon of salt to make basmati rice for 4 people and its delicious cuz rice has it's own sweetness from the carbs.

I hate salty and sweet food but love a bit of sourness. What I found delicious is too bland for my mom. I dislike dried anchovies (very salty) and salted eggs. Our taste is totally opposite each other lol. 😂
