Sometimes i feel bad for boss yang when they call him beggar yang.He is saving money for his mother and his future..and feeding and giving salary to his crew is not easy..
It is about the way he eats his food, shoving it all in quickly. Not an actual money beggar
Chill out, they are just joking with each other. This is how Asians joke around. For the Western world, it may look as if we're making extreme and inappropriate jokes, but that's just how we are. And of course, we only make these kind of jokes to the people we are close with.

yea.. i've been seeing this program in my Recommended for a long time but I only watched it recently because of Boss Yang. 😅
Anyone who's ever worked a day in their life would see boss yang as a good boss. He takes care of his employees (health checks) not to mention always believing in them and pushing them to be their best. Also doing the research to find all these good quality AYCE places so that they just have to show up and eat. The other panelists need to chill their critiques
yeah they always talk about him being cheap, but spending money to pay for so many people's meal, especially for people who eat an extraordinary amount to keep up with work out, and to pay them wages will obviously force him to save money. The commentators just won't shut up about him saving money as if they're paying it for him.
Alice Li I think they’ve gone less about him being miserly due to that episode with his mom and now just stick to the way he “beggar” eats iirc he worked restaurants and a lot of workers can attest that that is how you would go about eating working 16hr shifts-hard habit to break, also seems he spends substantial time cooking and making sure his employees have full plates all the time as well before his own
For real. Not all bosses are like him. I've said this before but out of everyone on that panel...If given the opportunity, i would love to work for him
You can really see that he's a good boss with the way his staff is truly concerned about him.

I think it is his lifestyle. When he bodybuilding, he eat alot and workout alot so he can maintain in good condition like the lady. but it seems he reduced his workout alot but still maintain the high amount of intake which is unbalanced. So if he can either eat meat and exercise alot like crazy or he have to stop eating it overall.
Mhboy exercising a lot has no effect on his cholesterol lmao the amount of people who are so uneducated on this topic is quiet astonishing. Exercise does not lower bad cholesterol. He must eat a low cholesterol diet. He must cut out red meat and other high cholesterol foods if he wants to be healthy.
s leon maybe you should research before you comment. You are the one who looks more ignorant. Exercise does affect bad cholesterol and good cholesterol. He does exercise but he does not do much cardio.
We all need such a boss. He's nice ,polite and takes care of his employees.
usually, when someone eats very fast it’s because in the past they had to rush to eat or didn’t have enough to eat. it becomes a habit. like when i was in school, the teacher would release us late for lunch and we had to rush to queue , buy food & eat in under 20 mins. so i develop a habit of eating too fast and not chewing properly from there.
True! I used to work an admin job in construction for my father, and we went together with his workers to a lot of all you can eat restaurants (as we were a small crew and covered several states). All construction workers ate twice of what I did, naturally: it’s hard work!
But only the ones who were born really poor (and with large families) ate fast, some of the others even joked about it. It didn’t matter how much money they had now, I think it’s a very hard habit to break, like hoarding.

It's common knowledge that exercise alone is not enough to balence out an unhealthy diet.
Ragamuffin I mean, in a video it said her fat levels and cholesterol is fine, it really depends on the body. Every body is different and it seems like her metabolism is higher.

I would LOVE to see Yeongja, Yuri and Dongeun all eat together. That would be a spectacular episode and it would have so many views! The three of them are true bosses when it comes to food especially big huge bites and portions!

Not all gyms were closed. Just closing for 2 weeks is strongly recommended by the goverment before school to start again. However P.T ,G.X is strictly prohibited.

The body looks different with clothes on. He may not be fat but his body isn’t where it use to be since he stopped working out.

Samawie That’s understandable but he personally said that he doesn’t work out anymore. When someone stops working out but still eats a lot of food, they don’t burn it, which result in them gaining a bit of weight. I wasn’t assuming since it’s a fact he said himself.
It was mentioned that he workout less recently, so if he started to workout the same again then he can go back to 'Beggar Yang' style as he intakes a lot, but also workout a lot which keeps everything balanced.

Always say a mean word and underestimate boss yang. i don’t think that’s a way to criticize someone. that grandma using a “fool” word like she thinks it will be funny! Boss yang doesn't come from a rich family, she pioneered everything from downstairs. So I thought, that boss wasn't a miser, but he is just frugal.

Listen I agree that they’re annoying, but the shows concept is to criticize and if you don’t agree with their criticism, it’s most likely due to a cultural difference. Also it’s because of the translations, but she’s not saying he’s a fool but telling him to be mindful of his health, so it’s not as rough as the subs make it out to be.

my mom and dad both have high cholesterol 😂 and so the whole family have to control our diets
Pork Cutlet exercise alone is not sufficient in controlling cholesterol. Exercise does NOT lower cholesterol. Stop spreading misinformation it is dangerous for people. By saying that, someone with high cholesterol would use exercise as an excuse to eat cholesterol food. Do your research please.
@@sleon2528 exercise has lots of good effect, it can lower triglycerides and increases hdl. but its not enough if you dont have proper diet.
s leon cardio can help you lose visceral fat around his liver which he has though and too much of that is not just dangerous but deadly...

They are awesome people, they can exercise/weightlifting everyday. I can only do 10 mins exercise everyday and i already short on breath XD. I know it's they job etc but that still make them awesome.

It's very hard to go off on a meatless diet when he's been eating so much meat for so long. Also with other people at the table eating meat makes it even harder. I too had high cholesterol but it's now under control because i very seldom eat red meat or pork anymore, especially meat that's fatty or marbled. Wonder if he's prescribed any medication (statin such as Lipitor).
he wouldn't need to go meatless if he had portion control. i mean really, he could eat 1 or 2 slices, but no, he's gotta go overboard. that porridge was basically all meat.
