I wish to give you my sincerest and heart felt sympathies to you and those who are suffering as well, believe it or doubt, I hope for the best for you and wish for your recovery on your own time. I came across your amazing writing and stories thanks to Dark Somnium, Specifically "I run a bar that serves one of a kind drinks to clients in exchange for their stories" and after reading this phenomenal story fell in love with your work and have been an avid fan ever since. It is very clear that in your works of art that you sincerely put your heart and soul into your literature; it clearly shows and it gives your stories something very special and unique compared to many other horror authors that I have come across. Your stories have soul! I have been reading your works for years and they have always broken my heart, then filled it with love and joy. If you ever doubt yourself, believe me we all do, please know that to at least this one person writing to you on TH-cam, that YOU, your works, and all of who you are do measure up, that YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH, and I truly hope that your literature and art will lead you to being the greatest writer in your country. I’ve always enjoyed your stories on the multiple channels they have popped up on. You can always tell when someone cares about their work whatever it is. Your stories helped get me through some rather lonely, rough years and I appreciate it. I used to listen to your stuff when I would go wash my clothes in a laundromat and it would be one of the most peaceful moments of the week. Thanks for the stories and take care of yourself first and foremost they are always a good listen truly.

Your art is incredible and does speak for itself, but baring your soul to your audience is no small thing, and I hope that all the love and acceptance that we're firing your way and every little note thanking you for helping others recognize their own struggles makes it worth it. Wow….i felt how this story was going into a deep and personal direction and it actually increased the….fear aspect of it. It got more and more deep as it continued, then, to hear the end was….wow 😢. Thank you for sharing. Truly happy to hear how you are doing better. I myself gave up alcohol at the beginning of June…and honestly I didn’t realize how much of a coping mechanism it was….giving it up showed me a lot of….dissatisfaction/sadness in my life that I wasn’t truly aware of in an intimate way….i guess I’m doing better now…the dark thoughts are subsiding and I’m getting back to a routine. Thanks for sharing and giving me an opportunity to share….i finally shared this with someone about a week ago and only because I’m half way out of the woods…as you said, we aren’t trained to share and don’t know how to….its hard when it’s not something you are thought. ❤💔

I am a little slow this week on catching up on all the subscribed videos, but I am glad I ran into this one. I may be "cis" and not close to a supporter of the whole thing, but I am 100% about supporting humanity, especially when someone is hurting in the worst way possible, where no stitches can stem the bleeding of the mind and soul. 4 years and a few months ago, I hit my darkest moment with PTSD (combat related), and I will admit that in another universe... I am not alive in it. I tried toughing it out... In this world, I made it... not so much in the other one. I'm glad that you haven't joined me in that other universe, and I am always happy to try and help.
Sometimes I'm amazed how some people, such as yourself, are able to describe in such detailed words what I feel even though our experiences are different.

As a guy with autism who’s dealt with the mental health system here in Australia for years I can genuinely say it’s just as rough here. If more people were realistic about men’s mental health, as well as just mental health in general, we’d be doing a lot better as a society. The expectation to just “man up” is causing so many issues… There’s so much more I want to say, but this isn’t really the place. Also mate, you’re already one of the best horror writers in the UK, at least if you ask me! I’ve had a rough few weeks and your work has given me a much needed chance to escape from reality for a bit. Reading the spaces in between has given me a much needed bit of a break! Ah I really appreciated this Jamie, another OG always having mine/the channels back & its comforting to meet others with autism! Our system needs a lot of work but i’ll die for the NHS, so grateful its here but we need more conversations around mens mental health. And i really appreciate the encouragement, I hope my work continues to help & believe me when I tell you my debut novel is a gamechanger in experimental horror. No idea when it’ll be released but stay tuned
TJ I want you to know that you are greatly cared about. It's hard to see and feel it behind a simple number on the screen. There will always be people out there who say hurtful things especially online but it's best to remember people like that are far fewer than what it feels and looks like. Those are people who are often hurting themselves and can only lift their heads by hurting others. So many more of us hear you and hope for the best as you continue your journey.
That one hit me right in the mental health thanks for bringing me things to loose myself in and not feel so alone in my struggles appreciate all the work Time and self you put in to your work for us. Im generally not a big fan of the stories with a sense of madness where its like a layer of thick fog between whats happening in the characters mind and reality in a sense that i dont go looking for them but i thoroughly enjoyed this one none the less even if it was a bit short
