Definitely appreciate this video, I've upgraded mines to the LED and it looks awesome now. I'm currently in the process of upgrading the bulbs on my 2015 Altima S-Special Edition to LED. Your video tutorials are making it a simple and easy process. Keep up the good work.
King DLee I have not upgraded to front reading lights as I saw one video indicating that it is a single diode and I did not want to damage the housing and wiring.
I believe it is possible but it's much more complicated because there's a direct diode rather than an actual LED with wedge base or festoon style. It's the OEM 4300K color rather than the 5000K or 6000K to match the others. I just didn't bother to disassemble it and figure it out because I didn't want to alter the wiring and I have no idea on how to solder anything. I wish I could remember what video it was; I would definitely share it so that you could see exactly how it's designed. If I come across the video I will for sure share it.
I hate that the responses stopped. I bought the bulb and I can't figure out how to get it in. I think it may be stronger than me. Lol. like everyone else am in need of a gear light replacement video also. Thanks for the tidbit here it was very helpful. I'd forgotten the light was even here.
Sorry that I haven't uploaded new videos in a while. With TH-cam updates on policies and uploading videos, it became harder for me to keep doing it as well as my daily life responsibilities. I haven't done the shifter light yet, as mine still continues to work after 9yrs and the brightness is appropriate for it. I'll look into it and see if I can do a video about it soon. Is there a way to get at the bulbs on the instrument panel? I have an engine light that's constantly on and there's nothing wrong with the engine, I've had it checked by mechanics. I'd like to pull the bulb because it's annoying.

Great vid..fyi..you don't need to remove that right panel. It clears on the left, so it will clear on the right as well. Just pull it down, if it won't budge you can pop it down with a flat head screw driver.

Most of the times are questions that I've previously answered to someone else and felt people might dislike me saying the same answer over and over. In regards to your comment of doing the videos for the views, I don't get a dime from them. TH-cam continues to update their terms and unless you're a full time youtuber, you don't get to collect anything from doing the videos. For me it's more about teaching people how to save money on easy DIY repairs, than monetizing from it. Thanks for your support!

Make a video on how to change the interior button colors. For Example the color in the steering wheel buttons, push start, and automatic shift P,R,N,D,D2, lights.
ProducedBy ONE In order to change the color of the interior buttons, you'll need to remove the rubber cover that the light bulbs have on them. The only problem is finding different color ones unless you like having white/yellowish lights once you remove the cover sleeve from the bulb.

Megan Hall I made another video showing the how to on for the rear dome lights. The front map lights on the car are LED from factory, so no need to replace it.

Edwin Valejo The light bulb is a 74 and you can purchase them online. make sure they are not too long that way it fits in the small compartment in the car. You can remove yours to see the actual size or I suggest going to an auto parts store to check one out and know what you're looking for as far as size goes. Seriously they haven’t changed the way the console looks since 2013?! I have a 2017 and it looks exactly spot on as yours.
