You r asbolutely correct on that bro. I did not express my self correct. i have the standart bobber 19” front the size. 2.5 front and 3.5 rear. Thats what i ment
I think it's awesome and I've put a deposit down. I've built a 125CC Yam XVS bobber and modified a Harley 48 bobber. I do understand the points made about the hypocrisy of factory bobbers - but the truth is that these days I don't have the time to build a bike. I want a bike that feels special each time I ride it, just jump on and enjoy it on a sunny day. I've ridden the Speed Twin and the Thrux R, and they were brilliant - but I just didn't get the same "love at first sight" that I did with the Bobber and it's beauty. I decided I wanted a Bobber and I wanted an aftermarket exhaust, better brakes and suspension for it. I also wanted clip ons for the straight line look and all-round LED lighting. All the parts I wanted from the Triumph configurator put a Bobber Black at £14,635 (without suspension and brakes). Decent name brand aftermarket brakes and suspension would be around £2k (plus fitting). I actually think the Bobber TFC represents superb value for money at £15,500 if you were going down this route anyway, plus it's got warranty and it's easier to insure. So, for me at least, it makes sense! Can't wait to take delivery :)
Have one of the TFC’s , number 82. The position is great, not to hard on the wrists as the legs are forward. Feels like a steampunk racer. The fork and brakes are great with plenty of power.
Well presented insight mate , got my first triumph last month , bobber black . After two sportster 883 Harley’s , don’t get me wrong they were great bikes . The BB however is another level . Sheer joy . Smooth , Powerful, torque, style in abundance 👊🏻👍🏼
I think that riding position is going to be a back killer. I love the new rear light set up and cant wait to hear the arrows. They look better than the V&H in my opinion.
I really like the look. I prefer the look of this front wheel compared to the Black. I tested the standard version and the front single brake was lacking to me. I ride an '18 765R Street Triple. If I could afford one, I'd get it.
It wouldn't surprise me if Triumph gives every bike the TDC treatment. Personally, being a Speed Triple rider, I'd love it if they did. I'd also love it if they would bring back an inline 4 cylinder Daytona.
It will be very unlikely to see an Inline 4 from Triumph in the future. They will maintain there HP twins and triples for years to come. They will just become more and more extreme as time goes a long. The new Daytona will be a nice ride with the new 765, but the fact they did very little styling changes is a bit disappointing.
Nice round up. I own a 2017 Bobber but I think this TFC one is a bit too much. It's like they just threw bits at it and it's ended up looking far too fussy, . The bobber really should be as simple as possible.
I think the carbon fibre doesn't suit a Bobber. The taillights are great and the performance upgrades would be good - but I just can't bring myself to like the look of the carbon fibre on a bike that is meant to look oldschool
I bought the original bobber when it came out in 2017... still got it and love it to bits, lol! Have to say this TFC version doesn't flick my switch all that much. It's got some snazzy bling here and there, a few tweaks to give it a little more power etc, but I'll be interested to see one at a bike meet or ride out... I certainly wouldn't buy one. As for using the bobber, I use mine for work, for short and long ride outs, and yes, even motorway runs! And double yes, I stop for petrol quite a bit as well :D It's not unusual when I have ride outs with my mates to do over 300 miles on longer hauls in a day... and yes again, I do have a sore backside from that bloody seat afterwards... would I sell it though, not on your life!
I also have a 2017 Bobber, and it is my primary bike. I can spend 8 hours in the seat in a day (yeah, it is a bit uncomfortable after 8 hours - but most bikes are). I can get close to 300km out of a tank if I am being efficient.... but if I am having fun I usually need fuel before I hit 200....
Beautiful bike with some lovely add-ons and premium parts!..Have 2 Triumphs and just adore the brand...but the Union Jack is hideous on the side, it ruins the whole look!
I fell in love with the triumph bobber when I first seen it and I'm a Harley riders. It's only because I'm on a fixed income otherwise I would have one of those cool bikes.
I want to see the TFC treatment to the T120 Black. The “special” editions are alright but nothing that give the T120 any real upgrades. Better shocks front and back, lighter weight, more power etc...
Do you think they will redesign or update the bobber black for next year? I need to stop myself from purchasing one right now if they will come out with an updated version.
I can understand someone making their Bobber look like this....but not Triumph themselves. The only thing the current Bobber needs from any of this one is the twin discs at the front and the tidier rear light....and some magic concealed additional fuel tank capacity
Sales guy told me that it can go head to head or even faster than a 114 Harley. Is it BS or some truth to it? I’m coming from a Sportster 48 and thinking really hard on this.
Sterling Thundercock you people realize the whole point of a Bobber is to reduce weight correct? No other material is lighter than carbon fiber. Plus who wouldn’t want better suspension and brakes? Am I the only Performance person here?
I really like it, but does a bobber need that level of performance? Surely the suspension and brakes will overwhelm the tyres and ground clearance is probably not improved. Also, you say it's the high torque motor, but in the pics it shows 1200 HP for high power?! Still love it though.
No one is buying TFCs here in Australia because they all cost around $35000. The stock Rocket is $33000 here. It's the price of a sport car. $22000 for the Thruxton R and $24000 for the Speed triple. So lucky living in the UK. All bike releases are so cheap.
Dear Triumph Enthusiast, As a valued deposit holder for an all-new Bobber Triumph Factory Custom motorcycle, we’d like to provide an update on the status of your new motorcycle. Your Bobber TFC was originally scheduled to be delivered to your dealer in April, but has been delayed as the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our operations. We’re pleased to inform you however, that your motorcycle has been prioritized, and your bike is now scheduled to arrive to your Triumph dealer in May. Your dealer will contact you in the month of May once your bike has arrived to schedule delivery of your new Bobber TFC. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you ride home on your Triumph Factory Custom motorcycle. Kindest Regards, Triumph Motorcycles America
They call just about anything a "bobber" nowadays. It's a factory bike until someone tears all the non essential rubbish off , then you might call it a bobber.
Do something with that seat. It needs lowering into the frame like Harley would do it. If it bunches the legs up then just deal with it, forward pegs could be used for long rides. But that seat is a problem for me, as far as looks go.
rim sizes look like those of the standard Bobber, rather than the Bobber black?
True yes
MOTOBOB bobber black and standar uses the same exact rims. Front tire on bobber is wider only
@@justinperea9753 Not accurate. Standard Bobber has a 19" front wheel and 16" rear wheel. Bobber Black has 16" wheels, front and back.
@@justinperea9753 The Bobber Black very clearly uses a smaller rim size matched to a higher walled tyre

I've put my money down as well, and am utterly stoked that I got my order in. Everything you said, right down to having customised an HD 48 before.

Triumph doing everything Harley should
That is a beautiful bike, well done Triumph!
Looks fantastic, I’d love one, I bet it sounds great with the ARROW exhausts
Well presented insight mate , got my first triumph last month , bobber black . After two sportster 883 Harley’s , don’t get me wrong they were great bikes . The BB however is another level . Sheer joy . Smooth , Powerful, torque, style in abundance 👊🏻👍🏼
That sounds about right in my experience of demoing those bikes - the triumph is more refined. Enjoy!
What a beautiful Bobber! I would love to hear that engine with the Arrow exhaust system.
I love Triumph Motorcycles, that was my very first Bike many years ago
Better than overpriced Harley Davidson 👌😁
This bike is overpriced too.
Triumph- if you are reading this, Please bring more of bobber tfc back.

Spectacular, motorcycle...I need one of those
Lovely, all I need now is to win the lottery, Build a a Barn, and fill it with Triumph specials.
Yeah mate😎
This one over the bobber black. A perfect combo of classic and modern. Ill miss the triumph insignia on the back of the seat though.
Badass! Wish they had a pillion pad kit for two-up
Today I became an owner of this machine. It’s a fine vehicle.
Tomorrow I will buy 1 and only tfc bobber in Istanbul 🎉🎉

Eye candy. It kind of reminds me of the original Confederate Hellcat.

@@spoon69x Good to know there are other Bobber enthusiasts that don't just use the bike for short rides around town!
This is not an upgrade from Bobber Black but from the standard bobber which has a better ride quality. Check the front tyre.
The triple trees look dope
They're a thing of beauty in their own right
This version has more bragging rights!!! Modern classic...
Cool ! 2020 Bobber.
Dammmmnnn. I can't keep up with all the Triumph vids ! 😯😯😜😜😜
Just another one I want 🤦🏼♂️🤣
Just put my deposit down today. Can’t wait.
Every man deserves this. Glad for you mate - enjoy and report back.
Hooman Nili will do. I currently have a Norton Commando SF 961 and a Norton Dominator Naked 961.
Looking forward to the bobber.
Beautiful bike with some lovely add-ons and premium parts!..Have 2 Triumphs and just adore the brand...but the Union Jack is hideous on the side, it ruins the whole look!
Totally agree mate... it doesn't seem to go with the rest of the look!
The Union Jack is quite prominent; it should be an option.
I know that I am being picky, but it is not a Union Jack, it is a Union Flag. And I agree about the looks.
I fell in love with the triumph bobber when I first seen it and I'm a Harley riders. It's only because I'm on a fixed income otherwise I would have one of those cool bikes.
Looks great.. i want this bike ..I need to win the lottery tonight.. !!!
The custom bobber that was built in the factory saving you years of wrenching. Is that a plus or a minus?
This looks beautiful.
I bought it
I want to see the TFC treatment to the T120 Black. The “special” editions are alright but nothing that give the T120 any real upgrades. Better shocks front and back, lighter weight, more power etc...
Awesome sic bike. Love to have one for a grand or so over black. 5 grand, not. Wait a year and buy the TS or whatever. Basically will be same.
Loving it already.
Do you think they will redesign or update the bobber black for next year? I need to stop myself from purchasing one right now if they will come out with an updated version.
No word at the moment, but you never know
Love to see tfc model in the speed mster
Very nice. lots of BLING ! Although why they don't put the dual clocks on it sure beats me.
Bobber TFC 😍😍😍😍😍
it would be a great addition to my Thruxton TFC
Love it - I’m sure it’s unattainable
Everyone expected the Bobber TFC is based on the Bobber Black not the standard bobber with the skinny front wheel.
Good lookin bar hopper...if your bars are all pretty close to one another.
Sold my 17 Bobber greeny as too small of gas tank, scrapes on corners and really too slow after having Speed triples. Bought another Speed triple.
I can understand someone making their Bobber look like this....but not Triumph themselves. The only thing the current Bobber needs from any of this one is the twin discs at the front and the tidier rear light....and some magic concealed additional fuel tank capacity
Yes please!
Sales guy told me that it can go head to head or even faster than a 114 Harley. Is it BS or some truth to it?
I’m coming from a Sportster 48 and thinking really hard on this.
Twin disc brakes over the Indians single disc. Clip-ons have to be replaced by Z bars for mine.
Will Triumph introduce this TFC for Bobber in 2021?
Love the looks but my closest petrol station is nearly 30 miles away. It needs a few more litres tank size.
Gorgeous. Does it finally get a reasonably sized tank? Any idea about lean angle?
I’ve always wished this bike had the 650 engine
Unfortunately, same tank capacity :( and the lean angle maintains the same. :(
Is Bobber Black TFC coming?
I have to be honest, I think this thing kind of misses the point.
A bobber with lots of carbon bits and race spec stuff? Seems silly to me.
I have to agree … This is just the wrong bike to give the TFC treatment to
Might be the only way to get brake calipers big enough to actually stop it though 😁
I was about to make the same comment. Although, the specs are impressive, carbon on a bike with this styling just doesn't seem to match.
Agreed. I chose the "standard" over the Black, for its simplicity and price. The TFC strays even further.
Sterling Thundercock you people realize the whole point of a Bobber is to reduce weight correct? No other material is lighter than carbon fiber.
Plus who wouldn’t want better suspension and brakes?
Am I the only Performance person here?
well, you could try mine if you want to do a test. i got nr 266.
I really like it, but does a bobber need that level of performance? Surely the suspension and brakes will overwhelm the tyres and ground clearance is probably not improved. Also, you say it's the high torque motor, but in the pics it shows 1200 HP for high power?! Still love it though.
Gorgeous!!!
That's a beautiful bike.
Worth it 👍
I have the bonneville new speedmaster I think probably next year 21. Is coming the TFC boneville new speedmaster....😎
BTW I want the Arrow pipes but they are not in the market yet☹️
Beautiful bike, thanks
Tight... I want one
45 HD bros feel like their manhood is threatened
Holy cow- Triumph have done their homework on this one . I’m much more impressed with this one over the dowdy black model.
No one is buying TFCs here in Australia because they all cost around $35000. The stock Rocket is $33000 here. It's the price of a sport car. $22000 for the Thruxton R and $24000 for the Speed triple. So lucky living in the UK. All bike releases are so cheap.

Really nice bike!
Looks amazing
Any idea, when it’ll come out?
hopefully next year they throw another caliper and disc on the standard bobber aswell..
There is one thing missing; a folding passenger seat!
I'd love to see the t120
Gorgeous
Love it
putting candles on a cow pie doesn't turn it into a birthday cake
where is it made? UK?
Very nice.
It would really help to put the information in boxes because it is difficult to follow like this.
Hey Motobob! Pricing is now available on Triumph's website (www.triumphmotorcycles.co.uk/motorcycles/tfc/bobber): Price from: £15,500.00.
Looks a beauty 😀

How to buy it in Vietnam?
Does ktm unveiled the new 1290 superduke r??
Yeah - will cover that
What does TFC stand for, anyway?
Triumph Factory Custom 👍
Only 200 being delivered to the US
Who needs Öhlins suspension on a bike like this lol you aren’t tryna carb some canyons on this you are just chilling
clearly you dont really understand the joy of riding
Siapit Apit right clearly I don’t
@@elreydavid96 i know
I test rode a standard Bobber, that handles fine and plenty good enough for carving.
It will be prolly $15k+, HD 48 a better, cheaper, authentic “bobber”?
I own both, and the triumph is hands down the more comfortable bike. Harley has like under 2 inches of rear suspension
Want one❤️
Nice bike
Really don't like the look of this model: carbon fibre next to vintage brown leather, and that union flag tank grip... Looks like an eBay special :(
still need a cruiser to fill the void between this and the rocket for anyone over 5'8".
Use penny-farthing bicycle from 1870 👌😀
lets hope they make it with a bigger fuel tank

PeterPAAntony buy a damn Harley then. Triumph makes the best looking bobber and the sales prove it. The HD and Indian bobbers suck dick.
Made in the UK?
Has same problem of standard bobber- too small tank but they are going for looks not practicality. Indian Scout better.
Please cover the KTM stand....
